Just had another look at the etnies site they do golf shoes!

 

Now very interested in them - may get some and join the young and trendy group. (Actually just realised made myself look an even older fart by using the phrase young and trendy)

i had no idea what etnies were.....had to google, still not quite sure. Are they retro pumps of some sort ?

 

If i'm honest initially i thought they were some sort of physical ailment....like swollen ankles or bingo wings or a type of foot fungus. Not that bingo wings are an ailment or swollen ankles is the correct medical term.

 

I don't consider myself an old fart, but even though i'm only a few years older than than young Joe i'm definitely too old to know or care what the skaterdude fashion is. That whole look goes completely over my head just like chavwear and hiphop style 10-sizes-too-big trousers.

Goes over my head too and I'm quite young still. They just look daft in my opinion, especially when people wear them and do that silly walk where they sort of rock from side to side.

How'd the interview go. In terms of dress I had a suit on for interview at my current place (ain't worn it since) and the last school before that I turned up to interview in baggy jeans, tie dye sepultura t-shirt and dreadlocks down to my butt along with multiple facial piercings...they decided they were going to offer me the job even before the interview though like all support the pay was dismal so left after a year.
