I don't know if this is weird, but I love the smell of pavement when the rain first pours down. Especially after a long hot day. I love it even more when I'm just at home and I can sit at our porch. The rain is just calming.

If you want a name for that, it's called petrichor. I love it too!

Watching my grandson giggle as he points to his ears when you say "Where is your nose?"

Life has been tough lately for many reasons but he has been the light in the darkness. Thank you Evan

You need to get hold of "Who's a Clever Baby, Then?" by the wonderful David McKee. Sadly, apart from Elmer and a couple of Mr Benn, most of his books appear to be out of print. There are plenty of second-hand copies available, though.

A freshly made coffee! I use an aeropress and ground coffee from a local roaster and it makes me very happy each time I make one. Can think clearer too lol.

Listening to owls hooting at night is always a good one. Wondering what on earth they are chattering about!

They don't chatter; they debate, as they are in (a) parliament!
