    Glad i came across this thread. I'm planning on doing a migration and update. Re Firmware upgrade is this controlled ie will only one ACU happen at a time aka i don't fancy breaking emergency release on all the doors.

    Worked on the other side of the fence. School with IT Staff had appropriate requested permissions (Aka don't ask dont get). Certain none IT Staff had basic permissions again requested. However we always took the line we manage their Tenancy we never owned it so if they switched MSP we created a new GA account provided to new supplier.

    Just got to the affected machine (ricoh) the Warning notification is how can i word it "subtle" colour change i agree maybe claxon may be best. I'm already looking at emailing on site Business Admin team to restock printer (i don't agree it should be down to restock the printer nor IT )

    We are using papercut MF. We've had a case where a user has walked up to machine and said it failed to print upon basic troubleshooting this was caused by no paper in the drawer is there a way to tell the user in front the device that this there is no paper? I know it' possible with papercut pocket
