6Foot2 Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 No, I know I was really thinking of it as a place to share something that had just made you happy or you had just thought about that minute Finding out that you haven't, unintentionally, offended two (or more) members of Edugeek. 1
RobD Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 On and Off I have to travel for work, I love hearing my kids shout "Daddys home" as I walk through the door. 1

Helen25 Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Finding out that you haven't, unintentionally, offended two (or more) members of Edugeek. No offence taken here, I took it to mean whatever popped in my head at that moment in time! 2
HarryMonkey Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 The realisation that there is less than 10 minutes left before I go home for a long weekend.
failnator Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Being thanked when you fix something for someone. I know its my job but a bit of appreciation is always nice. Seeing my two young cousins who always run and hug me even if they are not as tall as my legs yet XD (Dread when they are older tho). Turning on the radio and hearing an old favorite that you had forgotten about. 2

difinity Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 My friends three cats. Big cat, Mummy cat and Raver cat. *not their real names. They appear at the window as I park my car then swamp me when I go in. 2
denzal2k4 Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) Maybe a little autistic but number patterns on the odometer of the car, either a round number or a symmetrical number, I hit 164461 the other day and just so happened to be looking at the dash as it switched, spooky, whose with me.....guys?....no?! Also having date night on a Friday and feeling like you get an extra long weekend. EDIT: Also when you manage to fix something yourself and save a bundle of cash, replaced the turbo myself for £240 instead of the £1100 the garage wanted! Edited March 20, 2018 by denzal2k4 4

I'm with you... big time. When they're coming up, I try to estimate where I'll be when they appear so I can look. I was gutted last year when I missed 56789. 2

tg12 Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 When my friend on the other side of the office door (I.e a teacher!) is in a chatty mood and we spend the morning just having a fun email conversation when we have a moment. It’s been a long time since she’s done that with me and I’ve missed it.

It’s been a long time since she’s done that with me and I’ve missed it. Maybe you shoud have another meeting if this makes you happy? Seriously, we need to stop thinking what could happen and just make it happen sometimes About things that make me happy, call me old fashioned but I like watching albums. When I see my children 5 years ago, 10 years ago and I realise how time passes by. But it doesn't bother me. I have everything I wished for. 1

StevieM Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Seeing the amazingly bright green new leaves all around. Everything looks so fresh and new! I was thinking about that earlier. Our school is right next to a park and it looks really bleak when the trees are all bare. Over the last few weeks, they've become full of leaves and blossom again. Spring has finally sprung.
AJWhite1970 Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Watching the grass recovering in the fields after 5 months of the toughest winter ever with the horses walking round in 20 acres of mud and eating a 3rd world countries national debt in feed and hay...
korifugi Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 It's Friday Hold on... *Clicks to check* Yaaaay!
StevieM Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 It's Friday It's just a shame it's not last Friday. That led to a particularly good weekend; much better than the one ahead.
Helen25 Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 It's Friday and I got thanked today by NQT for my help in her Scratch lesson going off without fault yesterday:) (the post tittle does say little things!)
AMLinington Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 Nice! I bloody love anagrams too. Another little happy maker, when I ask the wife what she wants for tea and we give each other the look and order takeaway Oh yeah 'The Look™' When my cat is sitting on the stairs, the hall rug or the lounge windowsill waiting for me when I get home. When my nephew gives me a big two-dimple smile when he sees me. When my cat meows incessantly at me until I sit down and let him jump up into my lap for 'Sits-n-snuggles'. When my cat brings me a dead present. Less so when he brings me an alive present. Basically any event involving my Cat. When Rockster (one of my Rabbits) licks me. When Rockster yawns - bunny yawns are the cutest. When I make an adjustment to a sewing pattern and it fits beautifully. 2
