EliteCommander Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 I had to read it three times to find it.. The name of the jpeg helped me to find the typo
EliteCommander Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Fortune Cookie: Not so well done. That's not bitter irony, it's sweet irony; I hope, unless the job has been really badly done and they used coffee power instead of sugar.
EliteCommander Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 If only you could find somewhere to check spelling If this isn't the ultimate irony, I don't know what is

Jawloms Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 (edited) Not so much a bad label, but it was certainly surpising! Not sure how many people would test that standing in a shop? Edited August 8, 2017 by Jawloms
EliteCommander Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 Not so much a bad label, but it was certainly surpising! Not sure how many people would test that standing in a shop?# Fewer than half, I would think.
AMLinington Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 Not so much a bad label, but it was certainly surpising! Not sure how many people would test that standing in a shop? At the risk of invoking Pinkham's law on myself, it is common to 'patch test' cosmetic products before applying them to sensitive areas. I wouldn't want to slather something all over my bust only to discover an allergy tbh.

sparkeh Posted August 22, 2017 Posted August 22, 2017 This surprised during my last shopping trip http://theasiancookshop.co.uk/ekmps/shops/asiancookshop/images/cock-flavour-soup-cock-soup-mix-1613-p%5Bekm%5D320x411%5Bekm%5D.jpg 1
EliteCommander Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 I'm just going to place this here... Human Landscapers They're just showing some Enterprise, 1701. Although that logo reminds me of an incident in an RPG I took part in several years ago.
6Foot2 Posted August 29, 2017 Author Posted August 29, 2017 Link: [Twitter Picture] Best translation fail. The Arabic spells out a transliteration of 'meat ball' in English - which sounds like 'mayit baul', or Dead Paul.

caffrey Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Reminds me, here's a seasonal one :- They used to spell it wrong differently every year, but recently they've spoilt my fun and had it printed properly
theeggmaster Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 But how do I get to the 5rd? My 6yo pronounced 'second' as 'seconth'. She must have labelled those.
EliteCommander Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 My 6yo pronounced 'second' as 'seconth'. She must have labelled those. Is it just me, or is anyone else worried that there's no "Ground" floor, just from the 1st (1th) down to the basement. "You can check out any time you like, BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE" 1
Norphy Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Is it just me, or is anyone else worried that there's no "Ground" floor, just from the 1st (1th) down to the basement. "You can check out any time you like, BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE" Could be American. They don't have ground floors, the ground floor is the first floor as far as they're concerned. 1
6Foot2 Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 My 6yo pronounced 'second' as 'seconth'. She must have labelled those. And for threest? 1
