Steam Summer Sale 2017

Want the Steam Link - my PC will be in my office away from the main TV but some games will just be better on the big screen. At £12, why not?

 

Saw that GAME were price matching this but only online (in store price was £40 and they wouldn't price match with themselves, and you had to order online if you wanted to collect in-store ). Stupid idea. I paid the postage instead and got it for less than £20. Came pretty quickly, accessories are included (like HDMI and network cables). Sadly my PC isn't up to the task of streaming at more than 30fps (hardware encoding required) but it has needed a new graphics card for a while now.

I was a little dissapointed this time, but did grab a couple of indie game bargains such as Prison Architect and a Steam Link box for £11.99, which wasn't bad at all.

I also note that they have extended the sale until 10am PDT today (6PM GMT-UDT).

Been loving my steam link. Have it set up in my man-cave down bottom of the garden. Plays everything really well, most recently have been enjoying Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition and Battlefront / BF2 Alpha on it.
