DJ-1701 Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 I've never seen thought "if only I had a 3D printer..." but at that price... The only questions are... is it any good and will you use it? I always have to stop and ask myself that... sometimes I listen.
LeMarchand Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 The only questions are... is it any good and will you use it? I always have to stop and ask myself that... sometimes I listen. I know, it's one of those "at that price who cares?" things. I have managed to convince myself that I also don't have space for one even if I could find a use for it!
Dos_Box Posted November 25, 2016 Author Posted November 25, 2016 So, did you buy anything yet? I've got: The Xbox One S bundle A digital watch (son's xmas pressie) Halo Master Chiefs Collection Besides that there's not really a lot else taken my fancy, even for Christmas presents.

DJ-1701 Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 TeeTurtle (famous for it's nerdy t-shirts, which ship internationally from the US) has a Black Friday 40% off deal. TeeTurtle - Cute, nerdy, pop-culture t-shirts! Also, if anyone is interested in Resilio Sync Pro (Individual license), it's 50% with the discount code 4VZNL. https://www.resilio.com/individuals/compare
LeMarchand Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Also, if anyone is interested in Resilio Sync Pro (Individual license), it's 50% with the discount code 4VZNL. https://www.resilio.com/individuals/compare So for $20 I can sync as much as I like from as many devices as I like for life? Currently using ASCOMP: Windows Software for Backup, Synchronization & Cleaning / PC Optimization for data backups and keeping my media on my main PC and HTPC in sync, and would have paid for it but the pro license is $27/year (if you want updates) and doesn't allow enough machines. Getting tired of the nags to pay but this seems to good to be true.

zag Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) I just bought an entry level DSLR from currys with 2 lenses for £348. Buy CANON EOS 1300D DSLR Camera with 18-55 mm DC III Zoom Lens and EF 75-300 mm f/4.0-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens - Black | Free Delivery | Currys Not a bad deal. Especially as I wanted the telephoto lense for some background blurring action, which would usually cost about 80 quid separately. £20 canon cashback too. Edited November 28, 2016 by zag

Note. Don't forget to whitelist Edugeek! I may have purchased this deal... You can't get the App through the Play Store, have to download from their website... according to them it seems Google pulled it from the Play Store, as it breaks their Ts&Cs as it interferes with the way items are designed to work (i.e. disables other Apps being able to display adverts). Funny that. On the PC version with Stealth mode on it appears to hide the Facebook ads... Doesn't appear to hide Twitter ads though unless I turn on SSL interception... though I would rather not do that.
