You should get a Zalman ZM-VE400 since it enables you to load any of the ISOs you copy to its HDD/SSD partition into an emulated optical drive that appears to a PC or Mac as a real optical drive when put into ODD mode. Not only would it be significantly lighter than a binder full of DVDs, but it's also a lot easier than messing around with USB flash drives and burning DVDs. The number of ISOs you can store on the drive is limited only by the size of the HDD or SSD you install in the enclosure. Edited October 12, 2016 by Arthur 1

Sitting on my hands trying to resist the urge to upgrade the lot (I won't of course, I'll do what I always do, sit back, let some other fool go first, wait for SP1 or R2 and then go ahead and upgrade the lot in the holidays, buy hey, it's a nice feeling having them...)

I hadn't realised there was a newer version of the VE400 made by IODD (the original manufacturer). The additional image formats it supports could be really useful.

Maybe I'm just a bit old fashioned in that respect, but in saying that, I image a lot booting WinPE using a flash drive, but the volume of data to load is comparatively small. Startech do one too, at a better price, so may take a look at it
