paulvernon63 Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 A single user reports problems with OWA in IE. When trying to access the sign-in page we see a blank page, after an IIS 7 splash screen flashes up for a split second. We're running IE 11 and Windows 7. Chrome appears to handle the page OK; we can log in, but subsequently the user can't add attachments to e-mails. Outlook itself is fine. Any help appreciated. Paul.
network41 Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 You can't use Chrome if you want to add attachments. They removed that ability in a recent upgrade, don't ask me why

paulvernon63 Posted May 19, 2016 Author Posted May 19, 2016 Thanks for the replies. My issue is with Internet Explorer if anyone can help.
mikkydoos Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 A quick fix would be to install Firefox. IE is so full of bugs and coupled with the fact that its almost end of life I personally wouldn't bother. It could be a Silverlight issue if you really want to get it working on IE
beany1 Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Is it in your trusted site list? Tried reseting IE to default?
Dickens Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Long shot, but we had an issue in OWA with the window going completely white post login on ie. Traced it back to the SmartBoard "smartInk" software running in the ie window. Disabled SmartInk and the problem disappeared.
