A single user reports problems with OWA in IE. When trying to access the sign-in page we see a blank page, after an IIS 7 splash screen flashes up for a split second. We're running IE 11 and Windows 7.

Chrome appears to handle the page OK; we can log in, but subsequently the user can't add attachments to e-mails. Outlook itself is fine.

Any help appreciated.

Paul.

A quick fix would be to install Firefox. IE is so full of bugs and coupled with the fact that its almost end of life I personally wouldn't bother.

It could be a Silverlight issue if you really want to get it working on IE

Long shot, but we had an issue in OWA with the window going completely white post login on ie. Traced it back to the SmartBoard "smartInk" software running in the ie window. Disabled SmartInk and the problem disappeared.
