I have the Tenebrae on my High End wish list, need to get to level 50 in DZ!!

The tenebrae looks like one of the best snipers so far, opinions?

Totally rubz

Lol don't worry your word is safe..

First Wave / Custom M1A is still the best marksman rifle tbh, make sure it has the Balanced talent and then something for crit/damage and booooom.

I'm only on level 16 still, the girlfriend likes to stay at the same level as me but she's been going to bed early leaving my hankering for some Division time, so I've taken to trying to unlock all the safe houses as that doesn't really level me up and trying to get to the level 30 zone house (last one I need to unlock) has kept me occupied for 2 nights so far, the game becomes really intense when you are trying to get somewhere without being spotted as you know getting shot by a level 30 npc is pretty much instant death.

Flew solo in the DZ again last night. Got griefed by a group of 3. A lot.

So I went and did a challenge for some more phoenix credits instead.

Started trying to tinker more to squeeze as much damage out of my current loadout as possible. Only got a high end sidearm at the moment. Got up to about 105k DPS on a superior SMG but health stat has suffered a bit for it.

Running solo your always going to get griefed. Especially when running the higher DZ's. I've never had a successful solo DZ run without running into PVP trouble. I just don't solo it anymore, if my team isn't on I'll match make the daily.

I think the griefers have become a bit more frequent recently, @L3OUGH

Probably because more people getting their hands on high end gear. I've leveled up to DZ Lvl 32 so far, mostly on my own, sometimes with the help of other helpful soloists. Only ventured as far as DZ3 so far until I have a better build.

The Division subreddit is full of people complaining about hacks. A bunch of stuff such as Rate of Fire and HP are still done client-side with the server doing no integrity checks, so it's simply a case of modifying memory values to become invincible. It's happening a lot.

Nothing will be done to stop them either till at least the 12th April. When they introduce the /report string for the chat.

At the moment it's hard to have fun in DZ with the amount of cheaters that are roaming around. The RPM hack where you more or less die instantly despite having around 60% mit and a large chunk of health makes no difference. I have also seen instances where rogues can come out being rogue more or less instantly.

I for one really do hope they will release sufficient anti cheat protection to get rid of all the exploiters of a fantastic game.

So now the DZ is a no-go even for groups? Great, It'll end up like GTA V all over again if they don't sort it out. At least people aren't hacking currencies and stealing player resources and equipment. :(

I'm gonna have to go against the flow and say I've yet to see any griefing or evidence of hackers...even when I'm soloing in the DZ....

I would say it's much better to go into the DZ with a group; I mean you can still have fun but the last couple of nights I have been plagued by grieve cheaters whom have been reported.

You're right Arreks, just need to save up for the high end blueprints!! I find you have a chance of getting better stats via the blue prints than buying the weapon outright!

As for hacks, the glitches in the game alone are enough to drive a person mad!! I got kicked out a challenge mode mission, then couldn't get back in, so just had to wait in a highlighted mission area to get the rewards, and leave the team to get on with it!

JD, Why don't you have a secondary character? It's what the other half and I did as our work schedules are different!
That's a good idea and I never thought of doing that, which is weird because I did that with Destiny.

They're changing a lot to do with drop rates though, named elites will always drop a high end.

Crafting needs seem reasonable. But might wanna deconstruct any spares this weekend

Changed deconstruction yield of Standard (Green) and High-End (Gold) items:

  • Deconstructing a Standard (Green) item yields 1 Standard material instead of 2
  • Deconstructing a High-End (Gold) item yields 1 High-End material instead of 2

By changing the conversion rates, we will encourage players to use their low level materials while they are leveling up, instead of saving them until they reach level 30. It will also bring more decision making between selling and deconstructing low quality items. Most High-End materials should come from deconstructing High-End items, and not deconstructing lower quality items to then convert these materials into High-End ones. Similarly, lowering yields when deconstructing items will also lower the efficiency of items farming.

My issue with this is that it's a stupid way to resolve the issue.

Nobody sells their gear to vendors because vendors are penny-pinching gits and don't pay much for gear. There is no reason to purchase items whilst you're levelling up, as you're getting equal or better drops, and no reason to buy them at L30 because you're aiming for high-end gear that shops don't sell. You fix this by paying out more credits for selling gear, and modifying the vendors to have a smaller selection of better items. You make buying/selling more worthwhile, you don't gimp the alternative option so they're both equally rubbish.

That being said, the increased drop rates combined with the fact they haven't said they're modifying deconstruction values on Superior or High-End loot means overall, getting crafting materials at endgame ends up more-or-less unchanged. They're just stopping you stockpiling materials 'for later'. Which still sucks.

We had that. It bugged as the boss' body de-spawned and Draikey couldn't kill himself, so he had to quit whilst the rest of us were dead to reset the mission but couldn't reach us once rejoined. He ended up having to drag outside mobs into the mission area, die to them in the mission then we die to the boss and we all get ported to the checkpoint.
