The member referral competition is still running too - so if you've not joined yet, put my name in the Referred by box and you'll be entered in the draw! Membership to the ANME is free, and open to Network Managers / technicians in education - Join | Association of Network Managers in Education ANME We're hoping to arrange a meeting in London in December too if anyone nearer there sees this, as well as on the South Coast and Midlands in the next 12 months! We'll work out where based on where's closest or most central for members in the area, so join up and we'll keep you posted... @ticker and I will also be at the e-safety event in Manchester on the 4th November, ANME members get a 50% discount to that, which is aimed at SLT / CPO / e-safety officers, as well as network managers, so if someone at your school is interested, if you join I'll send you the code to get the discount for them. I'm working on something a lot closer to you! The London areas are SSOOOOOO much more expensive than up around here... Definitely a work-in-progress!

I understand the issues with area but it would be nice to have something. A December meet sounds good but if it is on a work day there is no way I would be allowed to come, sadly :

A December meet sounds good but if it is on a work day there is no way I would be allowed to come, sadly : There was a similar event in London on the 24th September that I mentioned in a previous email, quite a few of the members went to that as a result of the discount, so that's positive... I'll keep all members informed of any future events too... Noted re. working days... I'll keep you posted :-)
