Quatermass Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Anyone using either Parents Evening System - Online Parents Evening Booking Software or Parents' Evening Booking System - Software for Schools? They look quite similar - any comments on comparitive functionality, ease of deployment or cost?
crc-ict Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Parents Evening System here - it's great. We love it, parents love it. It just works, simple as that. Very easy to set up. Developers are great, very responsive to suggestions. We also use the Events booking side of the system to manage signups for our after-school clubs programme. Highly recommended! 1
localzuk Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 We use the second of your 2 links. Its simple enough that I have not been involved in it beyond running the SIMS export job occasionally! Every other aspect is done by the bursar without any issues!

vikpaw Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I'm pretty sure we have both Parents Evening System and Room Booking built into our MIS Engage, though i don't see it listed on their website. We don't actively use them yet, but from what i've seen it looks really good, plus is embedded into our portal.

It works, Parents book, staff look, Admin sort. All very easy and simple to use, enter details, click, book slots done. If you want a gap between apointments, this can be done. I think its the second year of using it and I dont think we would go back to kids/teachers booking parent appontments. 1
