With EES you count your (FTE) staff, not computers or existing Windows licenses. Do you have a different volume licensing agreement? We have 250 MAKs for each Windows 10 edition, but only around 130 FTEs. I can't see how they would be related. I'm still waiting for the 2012 R2 KMS host key for Windows 10 to appear on VLSC since we normally use KMS activation for client OSs. Edited August 1, 2015 by Arthur

From what I have read it sounds like unless you have Software Assurance with your volume licensing agreement you wouldn't be eligible to upgrade to Windows 10 from previous versions. It might be worth double-checking with the reseller you purchased your agreement from. www.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/windows-10-faq Can Enterprise customers get the free Windows 10 upgrade? Enterprise customers with active Software Assurance subscription in volume licensing have the benefit of upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprise offerings outside this offer. I suppose you could always upgrade each PC manually if they were supplied with the Professional edition of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 but that would be a major faff if you have a lot.

sidewinder Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 It's frustrating, the whole point of EES is to get the latest versions as they come out. I'm pretty sure back when W7 came out volume licensing received it earlier than retail?

I have just got off the phone with MS and the keys are there but no downloads, MS say the downloads should be there so it looks like an error of some kind. I have mentioned that a number of people on Edugeek are reporting the same so its not an isolated incident. MS are looking into it..... 2

I've been on the phone with Microsoft and was told I had to wait until they had finished an update to MVLSC, and that I should check again in MVLSC on the 8th August for the Windows 10 Education KMS key to show up then. 2
jertsy Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Just had an update from MS, they say there are around 2000 customers that have not had the windows 10 downloads added automatically and they are having to work through them manually! I guess I will just have to wait a while for it to show up on VLSC. At least I have the keys so I can still crack on. 2
