Pages are loading but then hanging for ages until suddenly all the images load, and then eventually the video leaves the spinning wheel of loading to say an error occurred. It all seems to be related to r*---sn-bvvbax-h5os.googlevideo.com (* being various numbers).

I can only speak about this from Exa position, but we've not seen anything, and no unusually high amount of traffic going through to Google/YouTube through the usual internet exchanges and peering. Do bear in mind lots of people are watching the election results this morning and therefore some ISP's may be getting network congestion due to increased streaming (especially the more home user based ISPs). To be clear though, we are not Funny that you answered to this thread. We are an Exa customer and cannot disable Safety Mode by logging in with a Gmail account. Was fine last night!

Just found it odd that there was a youtube problem thread and Exa_mark replied to it.
