This is my system! Also going to be part of quite a big wh-focused alliance soon, may even start recruiting for my corp.. come a long way from "just need a corp to put up a POS".
localzuk Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 I remember when someone did that in my old alliance's hole. We had 24/7 manning of the POS until it had been destroyed. One of our group brought in a Dreadnaught after a couple of days, and we all fitted out a bunch of DPS ships. Made short work of it.

At least when fozziesov hits you can rejoice with nullsec at the removal of structure grinds. I think there was talk for removing POS shields though, not sure what that would do for wormhole corps since i would assume you need sov to drop the new citadel structures.

I even poked my head inside, before getting scared and leaving promptly. But still, WORMHOLES! Also, I get to fly my Astero for the first time today, I'm excited... it's a gorgeous spaceboat.

I like the big ring at the back, but I'm not entirely keen on the front. Doesn't look like I'm going to get my GPU today, but damnit I'm going to resub anyhow since today is payday

Doesn't look like I'm going to get my GPU today, but damnit I'm going to resub anyhow since today is payday Since I saw the ship it's been all I wanted but I had to find a valid reason to train for it, I realized that it was a quicker train than training BETTER scanning skills (2d train = 20% scanning bonus OR 8 hour train = 37.5% scanning bonus). Just a 2d train before I can CovOps cloak it, or cloak it in general

LiamH Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 Its always handy to have a clokey ship with good probing skills anyway. Especially with the new fleet warp changes, i can see cvops being a lot more useful in engagements.

There are corps and alliance in empire that just spam war dec's at random targets and just sit outside jita hoping to get cheap kills, we are pretty much always wardeced by the marmite collective or someone like them. They mostly get left alone by big alliances since it just turns into dock/undock games if you try engage them.

The almighty buffer drake fleets might be resurrected with the buff to HML's with new missile tracking mods and nerf to drones (thankfully) Have you set up a duality client yet @LiamHaith Noticed a lot of fleets going out on that to test the new sov mechanics, with every ship being 100k isk a pop its a nice chance to battle test some shiny ships.

Still can't really decide what I want to do in the long term, I'm keeping my POS funded (and making a profit) and I was thinking of recruiting but I don't know if I have the willpower to lead a corp anymore..
