Not even three months since my 30th and I get day long headaches from 3 quiet pints the night before. Most of the time I start getting the headache while I'm drinking now. Happy birthday!

I suspect it might be down to your drink of choice - I stick to whiskey now, and the headaches don't really hit that hard.

Red wine. Single malt. Also known as "the trifecta of drinks most likely to give you a hangover". Life would be much simpler if I preferred white wine and vodka.
