My latest youtube video with some of my images taken of Easdale Island in Scotland.

Superb. That last still shot in the video is epic - you must be chuffed with that one!

Thanks @Ditto, Glad you enjoyed it. Yes it turned out well, you never really know until you get the raw image up on a big screen.

Nice one. What was the drone you used?

Thanks @HarryMonkey a Mavic Air2s it has set aperture of f2.8 so I always use one of the nd filters that come with it as the skies can be very blown in the highlights on bright days.

That's great, thanks. I have a Mavic mini which so far all I've managed is to shred a spider plant when I was messing about in the lounge and hack chunks out of my leg when I took it to the beach. I really must get round to doing some video with it.

:D I did the first try indoors as well just to see if I could get it off the ground, scared the life out of me when it started flashing and beeping. :D

A warning to others just don't fly indoors unless you live in aircraft hanger.

The mini is a great drone for around the urban areas as its a lot lighter and less restrictive in use a great first drone and I sometimes wish I had bought that first.

The Mavic 3 opens up even more photography\video options.

30 mins from Oban by car.

Ok, I have a question. I just posted with three images (from my iPhone) which all appeared upside down. Why ??

iPhones orient the image using an exif tag which most things ignore, instead of rotating the image itself

I guess I'll have to run them through photoshop and get them turned round. Interestingly, they all appeared the right way on Facebook and on my OneDrive. Edited by HarryMonkey

You can normally get away with just opening and saving them in paint.

There's a right-click > rotate function in Windows which has always been sufficient the times I've needed to do this.

I've done both of these to no avail.

Ok, lets have another go.

EDIT: Nope, they all came out upside down again. I give up. You'll have to twist your heads round. ;)
