We ordered some Lenovo laptops from ICT-Direct, and while there were some glitches with the supply chain of parts (not their fault, upstream supply issues), and then with some incompatibility of parts, they've always been very helpful and willing to understand the situation and effect a quick resolution. This often says far more about a company than a transaction where everything's perfect, particularly because similar situations in the past with other suppliers have ended up going around in circles for ages.

 

Top marks to @ICTDirect_Dave for putting up with my sometimes daily phone calls about things. Would order again, definitely.

Never bought from them before, but I recently invited them to attend our local Network Managers group meeting and myself and the group were suitably impressed with what they had to say. I may be tipping my toe the next time we need to buy some kit.
