X-13 Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 XKCD #303? That would imply I WAS doing something productive at some point.
MichaelH Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Ours have been off for 2 weeks already! Leaving me in peace to do a major XP to 7 upgrade on our language lab pcs and install an up to date version, v10.2. Just finished! Woohoo!
sidewinder Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Into the second week of holidays here too Quite lucky as I would have struggled wearing shirt and trousers the last few weeks. Its been shorts every day
Pyroman Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Ours are in, last day tomorrow then off for 6 weeks =D got to come in for a projector install though, oh it's a hard life! Just sorting out assemblies for the last 2 days and the inevitable conversation of Me: "can i have your video for assembly" them: "what now??!! *angry face*" me "yes now, there's half an hour to go and i'd like to be vaguely organised" Them: "fine *stomp, stomp, stomp*" If it's already on a usb stick i don't see what the problem is, oh right you were on your way to lunch, welcome to my world!!
tekins Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Is it wrong, after looking at the weather forecast for next week, to have a wry smile knowing that a lot of teachers are holidaying in the storms and we'll be in?
Hefferzzzz Posted July 22, 2013 Author Posted July 22, 2013 Is it wrong, after looking at the weather forecast for next week, to have a wry smile knowing that a lot of teachers are holidaying in the storms and we'll be in? Yes. Thats just plain mean. What have they ever done to you?
VeryPC_Tom_M Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 What have they ever done to you? Isn't that the wrong question to ask?
tekins Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Yes. Thats just plain mean. What have they ever done to you? Nothing apart from the many "have a lovely holiday" comments Grrrr, they know we're in for most of it. Actually, the vast majority are fab and I wish them a sunny and pleasant holiday.
