  3. For personal emails, it belongs to the users and they have a right to that. That link above seems to be related to business emails. I deal with these requests on a daily basis and are obliged to provide to the users if it's personal email if it's reasonable to do so.
  4. Depending if you have 2 Exch Org's, which I shall I assume you have. Create a contact in each for the DL in the other Exch Org and add it to the exisitng DL. Make sure you're allowed to send to it or if it's open for unauthenticated users then that should do it. This will send the email to all those on each DL.
  5. Closed campus (incoming/outgoing) is down to the school, try and restrict as needed if need be. Policies for bullying/spam - Implement supervision policies in Office 365 - Live@Edu Upgrade to Office 365 for education - Office 365 - Microsoft Office 365 Community As for deleted email, you can set policies, retain messages, considering they have a 25GB mbx, may not ave to delete for the time they are at the school or move on. Email addresses, again entirely up tp you/the school.

  15. once they have arrived, check the headers to see where they work stuck. Also , up the protocol & connector logging to see how exch is makong an connection and to what.
  16. DO NOT make the account a member of domain admin, make sure it has only Domain Users and is a memeber of Exch Server admins and local Admin where you are running the command from.
  17. The admin account you're giving full mbx permission to, can you double check there isn't a inherited deny somehwere?
  18. On the top of my head, I believe Powershell and EMC cmdlets are recorded, check the admin audit log.
  19. Can you create a test account and send some mesages to it and place in a new test OU and test again.
  20. Is this with any mailbox you try to export?

  24. At the mo for hosted, you either have Google or MSFT or 3rd party providers who provided hosted solutions on MS Exch. Yes, you can use for email along and can use OWA or OLK.
  25. 1. Up the protocol logging on the Receive connector for the internet mail and check if it's hitting your Exch server. 2.
