To me it felt like Battlefront 2 + Battlefield 2142 + Battlefield 4 with updated graphics and engine, and star wars theme...thoroughly dislike it so far

DrayTek Vigor 2925 & Lightspeed Rocket
featured_spectre replied to bodminman's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
Well that was interesting. Set up is fine, just the router is the problem. That time out issue isn't helping things, so get it sent back, and we can crack on when you have a fresh one. -

Call me on Tuesday (earliest I am available unless I manage to get some free time tomorrow) and I can teamviewer in if you like? We can work on it together? My last role involved me configuring a 2925 for a new fibre connection with a BT box. -

I've dealt with drayteks. Do the BYOD devices and have a gateway of the drayteks IP or your actual gateway. If the actual gateway, then the draytek won't pass through the request for the lightspeed device. Took a while for me to work that one out myself. -
Have you given OWA the right cert in IIS?

I know its a cheek to ask, but does anyone have a free monitor (or extremely cheap) I could have at all? 15inch TFT is preferable (if bigger, no complaints). Mine is on the verge of dying (colour fades rapidly during use, and it crackles with any sound made from the speakers) and I cannot afford to buy a new one. I am located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, and cannot drive, so limited in pickup options. Many thanks!

Have I been blind and missed all the draws? Also...A man met his friend in a shopping centre. The friend had a look at his feet and asked, "Why are you wearing one red and one black sock"? The man paused for a moment then said, "I have married this stupid woman. She buys funny things. I have another pair like this at home".

How many Wireless SSID`s do you have?
featured_spectre replied to maxrebo's topic in Wireless Networks
They were set up with AD integration, and vlan'd off separately to the filters and network. However it was set up before I got there, and it worked. I just moved it over to ruckus. -

@localzuk you said to ignore the tabloid journalism about prisoners lives...fine. I've spoken to a few people that served time...one served time multiple times in HMP Belmarsh, Bedford and Leeds, whilst another served time in Aylesbury and Bedford. These are people I grew up with and went to school with, but had no desire to better themselves because we grew up in a rough neighbourhood. It was crime or education to get out...some chose crime. Some chose education. You know their response to doing time? It was the easiest thing they've ever done. Show up to "classes", feign an interest, do the minimum to get through it to show "rehabilitation" is working and get rewards. He had a TV in his cell which admittedly he earned through his work in the prison. They do get rewards but they're earned. One has reformed since his last stint in Leeds and he is now a security expert for ADT because of his experience of breaking and entering, and now tours the UK and has worked with other companies and various police forces for his expertise on how to enter a house. The other is currently looking for work since qualifying as a chef whilst in prison. Reformation does work for some, but they've seen people go in and out repeatedly because it is a stable roof over their head and 3 square meals a day.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 released
featured_spectre replied to Arthur's topic in Enterprise Software
Would be worth having a few set up in a DAG configuration...at the very least it's redundancy, so if one goes down, the next works without issue and replication is nearly instant. -
Frankly with all the hype England had coming in, they deserved to be humbled. Shocking performance and we really didn't deserve to win in any way, shape or form.
