question is, who can realistically put in the £15k a year? I can scrap around £8000 and that's going frugal on everything!

You can ask for the mask to get put under...that's fun because the guy told me a joke and I cracked up...and it wasn't even funny...as for the hernia op...I've have 3, the last one was when I was 19. They put a wire mesh in to hold the muscles together. Healing time varies but you should be fine :-)

Are you loading up the 64bit or 32bit version? I've found quite a difference in speed between them.

Basically you get a box of goodies sent too you. All healthy, all tasty (so far). Could be anything from Jerky and tomato relish to spiced nuts and seeds, to a flapjack to a "cookie" which has been deconstructed into chocolate, macadamia nuts and mini cookie bites. All depends on your preferences.

Well the cut off date for early release is tomorrow, so if you dont pre-order by then, you get no early access...you can still however update your game to be the full version now, it just wont let you in. As for your schedule, thats fair enough. You can alter the fonts to be printer friendly and this shaves around 5% from overall printing. Print management could be another area such as papercut to enforce restrictions on printing. Managed service printers can be good. Whilst they may have a slightly higher up front cost, you can save around 10-15k over 3 years on your consumables alone depending on how much you spend currently. (my place we worked out an 11k saving in our first year!!) Energy consumption on projectors and printers are another area. Printers, mods and projectors get left on over night. Ensure they are turned off at the end of the day. Not only does it increase printer life span but also projector life span. Same for the IT rooms at the end of the day. Doing at the plug cuts all energy to the devices. Certainly handy. Can save upto £1000 a year here. No school can go paperless entirely due to letters to parents etc, but removing local printers and going to larger more economical shared printers is definitely better. Also stock up on peripherals such as keyboards and much. Buying them in bulk can save you a bit of money and if you average how many you go through in a term you can extrapolate how many you need in a school year. So you can make small savings here. Software wise you can save by going to software as a service for some products like office and sims.
