In a survival type situation, you need any protein you can. Hamster, Rat, Mouse, Snake, Lemming, as long as there weren't flies on the meat, and it was cooked very thoroughly, it would be fine.

to be fair, for game to hunt you are better off near streams, rivers and lakes, as that is where they'll likely congregate for drinking. As for types of game, well within 5 miles of my house, we have muntjac deer, red deer, roe deer, and fallow deer. Also have pheasant, guinea fowl, partridge, wild pigeon, ducks, geese...so not bad for animals for hunting.

OK, might not be scuba diving with a phone, but I can work my phone in the bath without a problem, or in the shower, or when we go to a lake I dont have to worry about running in and my phone not getting wet if it is in my pocket, or being thrown into a swimming pool I dont have to worry about my phone stopping working...Also, qualified diver here as well and I agree, I wouldn't take it with me on a scuba dive. True the scouts do not teach survival training as such, but they do teach skills which would be helpful, knots, fires, shelters etc. It gives a solid foundation to build on.

She actively wants to go picking for berries, apples and such like, as well as learning how to make fires and such like, I see scouts and survival courses as a continuation of that

@Garacesh believe me when I say it is much better than it was before, by a large margin. Race perks were OverPowered (OP), bows were OP if you were sneaking, and levelling was shot to pieces (aside from 1 weekend where they auto levelled everyone to level 50, you could play for 10-15 hours and hit the top level). I say drop the £30, buy the game, if you dont like it after the first month, sell the account (not that I officially condone this)
