had iRIS Connect at one school and also only used 5 or 6 times, teachers didn't like being recorded nor did the pupils and it seemed a distraction. Expect a lot of "Technical issues" unless you are there for every class that needs it

Lot of schools use the same boilerplate one if you search online for "This data may relate to exam entries" saying they can provide it to local authorities, Department for Education (DfE), Schools or colleges that you attend after leaving , without a policy I'd guess the students (or in exceptional cases guardian, carer regardless of age) would need to provide permission.

Dependent on the size of course but 4G covers our backup needs @ 100Mbit down for a 1Gbit leased line , even had it running accidently on 4G after the initial install as they hadn't switched it back and things still worked if slower. Our traffic is tunnelled to the same provider with the same IP so hard to notice initially. If you have nothing then getting 4G could be a cheaper instant coverage before the top level options.

Not sure if it would flag it, Smoothwall does show the moments before and after in our reports so fairly easy to dismiss false positives as search terms would be in there. Do know we had to force old google images otherwise Google can show them inappropriate thumbnails "The Google image search interface use a presentation method to create it's interface that obscures some of the source links from the Guardian web filter. Try running Displayswitch.exe manually as the Windows +P is a call to it I think. Would narrow down the troubleshooting presuming the Keys all register in the on screen keyboard and the on screen keyboard Windows + P doesn't work either
