Only used Konica here (leased) and they seem reliable their support is also pretty good they usually come out within a few days.

Lovely looking at the pictures of snow, unfortunately in West Wales its bone dry and the sun is gleaming! But it is very cold, Thursday and Friday look interesting for us!

No other provision set in place at the moment I've un-willingly took over the responsibilities, who else is there to do it? I've asked for help and they have got contractors in to do some switch upgrades but that's about it no other work gets outsourced! I've asked for my job description to be amended and obviously pay adjusted but I just get shut down.. (professional development) so I'm a bit stuck atm and have been put in this unfortunate position.

Me, Myself and I.... Secondary school of 1k pupils, 160 staff, 400 workstations(of which 60 IWB's), 100 laptops, 130 ipads, 100 chromebooks, servers, switches, wireless and all the rest of it! I'm also only a ICT Technician they made the NM redundant...

We currently have it onsite, although we do have a few issues with it now and then it is fairly reliable and the Librarian finds it very useful. They are pushing us to go hosted now which will be out next step over the coming year.
