What do you want to do, use the new server as an NTP server for the clients? If so then just set the correct time on your server and add this to your client startup script. net time \\ServerName /set /yes This will sync the time on the clients with the new server. D

Correct your asking for trouble going down this route. Both AD and Exchange have high process and memory utilization and require a box of their own, the performance hit having both on the same box would be massive! A quick google found one of the major flaws of doing so. It may take approximately 10 minutes for the server to shutdown. This is because the AD service (LSASS.EXE) shuts down before the Exchange services, and DSAccess will go through several timeouts before shutting down. The workaround for this issue is to manually stop the Exchange services (specifically the Store) before initiating a system shutdown or restart. D

Consider using RoboCopy it will copy it quickly and preserve the ACL, it cannot preserve the shares but for this consider using rmtshare! Robocopy Rmtshare - File and Printer shares D

Have you asked her why she went behind your back? Harsh words nephilim but speaking from experience (without the pregnancy) if she has cheated on you once then no doubt she'l either do it again or already has prior to getting pregnant - once a cheat always a cheat I think is the saying? Makes it difficult with you having a daughter together, not sure if you would get sole custody of her as it's your partner than has done the deed! Does the printer print correctly if you print from say notepad or wordpad? What about printing images?
