Could anyone that is using Exa as their ISP and been moved over to the new Quantum proxy servers (i.e. *.quantum.exa-networks.co.uk) try pinging help.exa.net.uk and let me know what IP address it resolves to, then visiting https://help.exa.net.uk and letting me know if it loads please? For me, it resolves to the IP address 82.219.4.38, fails on Quantum proxy but works on the old Surfprotect proxy.

Well, in this day of coding, I would be tempted to ask which languages they know... and basic IT problems that someone who works with IT, their main focus of IT should know how to do. When logging in to a machine, a student gets a message stating 'There are currently no logon servers', what do you do? Etc.

Very odd... not sure why, but if you want to restore Photos you should be able to reinstall it with this powershell command. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}
