  7. Hi All Where would video recordings of school productions fit in with GDPR? Is there anything in the legislation relating to it? One of my schools makes copies of the recording of the production to sell to parents. What steps should be taken in light of DPA/GDPR? Many thanks

  16. Hi All I'm having some issues with SMART 4065 Interactive Panels. I'm running SMART LS 17.0 and the interactivity keeps dropping and reconnecting, making it impossible to use the board. I have tried combinations of, without effect; Changing the USB lead. Changing the USB port on the PC. Connecting USB direct to the board and not via a wall box Repairing .NET 4.6.2 Uninstalling and re-installing .NET 4.6.2 Installing SMART LS 16.1 Installing latest 16.1 drivers. Before I ring SMART, has anyone else had this issue? Can you suggest anything else to try? Many thanks
  17. Thanks Chris. I think I may have found a workaround. I've added a field to the form asking the user to enter in a number of their choosing. I figure its unlikely that independent users submitting a form at the same time are going to choose the same number, so I'm going to use this field to flush the duplicates.
  18. Hi All I've got a pupil survey in Google forms and the kids have been using a QR code to access and respond. However, when I look at the responses, I've got double the amount I should have. Looking at the data in a spreadsheet I've got duplicate rows of responses, but the timestamps are a second or two different. I know they are duplicate as a lot of them have a 'comments' column filled in i.e. the text matches. Has anyone got any advice for the best way to deal with this, save from manually deleting the duplicate rows, as I can't figure out a spreadsheet formula that would do it for me. Many thanks
  19. Thank you for your advice. I only thought it would be open to abuse on the website and skew the response figures. I've never used QR codes before, but have managed to create one and test and it all looks good. Just deploying the iPad app now.
  20. Hi All I have been asked to create a survey for the primary school children, so I've used Google Forms for this. What the easiest way for the children to access this using shared iPads? Would it be a QR code? I don't want to put it on the school website. Many thanks

  23. I'm sure there used to be a Tutti-Frutti ice cream, but then again I am old. Think I'm going to launch a comeback campaign like the Whispa one!
  24. Thank you both for the advice.
