@Big_Ted, I have that turned off on Kyocera Virtual and Kyocera Virtual Colour, I cannot on the 2 "redirected" ones as the options are greyed out, Advanced Printing Features are both ticked but greyed out! Any idea why I am getting the "(redirected 2)" printers for the 2 virtual queues and Office on RHP-SR-01 (redirected 2)?

@MatthewL, yes. The printing works just fine on desktops so I know there isn't any issue with the virtual queue and the links to the release stations. I did manage to get some laptops printing on the colour queue by removing the queue and reinstalling it but this hasn't worked for all of them

Morning All, I have Papercut setup with separate virtual queues for grey scale and colour jobs. All works fine with my desktops, however laptops do not! Grey scale jobs from the laptops release fine but colour jobs do not. I checked the logs for the release printer and can see that the grey scale job is printed and colour jobs are cancelled and refunded. Looking at the job attributes, I can see the grey scale jobs are PCL6 and the colour jobs are EMF. Is this a driver issue and how might I go about fixing it? Many thanks, TomHD

Afternoon All, Having a bit of a Monday moment! I want to rename a printer and can't remember the exact steps. I was thinking that I can rename on the print server and Papercut will pickup the name change? Do I need to change the name on the actual printer too? Many thanks, TomHD.

Morning All, I am struggling to design a report and hoped someone could offer some assistance. I am wanting to pull all the contacts and their email addresses for all students on roll. I have managed to get this far but my problem is I get duplicate records where a contact has more than one child on roll. How do I design the report so that the duplicates do not appear? @genesis apologies for the late reply it's been a busy week or 2. I run a RM CC4 network so configure the AUP via RMMC, but it ultimately is done via GP there are plenty of how-to's online. I have configured the AUP to display on login and if the user does not accept then they are logged off! Here's my AUP, feel free to use it Staff AUP.pdf

All my users are presented with an AUP upon login, which they must accept to continue to their desktop. For the adults it is quite comprehensive, for the children its a 10 commandments sort of vibe. I'm on my laptop right now but I will attach my AUP when I'm back at my desk

Morning Kevin, There are 2 bolts at the top that need undoing with a cordless drill, 5 seconds sounds like a lot but they are long threads. This will release the tension on the springs. Keep undoing them, being even both sides, just until the screen begins to drop under its own weight then do them back up a tiny bit so that it moves with a push/pull but doesn't move under own weight. We were puzzled by the instructions too! Ps, they're excellent and the teachers love them.

Hello All, I have a batch file I am developing that will create a directory and copy some files to it. mkdir \\SERVER\username$\directoryName copy \\SERVER\directoryName\a.file \\SERVER\username$\directoryName My current version uses a specific username but I want to be able to run this batch for all teaching staff. Is there something I can replace the username$ in the mkdir command with something that will capture all (the teaching staff all belong to a "Teaching Staff" group)? Hello All, I have an impending space issue on our S:\ and have noticed a large set of data appears to be duplicated. See attached shot of directory stats: We recently upgrade to SQL 2014/SOLUS 3. Can I remove the folders that reference SIMS2008R2? Should I be careful what I'm doing here? Many thanks, TomHD
