Private trackers are the future so I'm not really fussed. -
Yeah I was contemplating not playing for a while but I decided to go for it! Cleared my save too which put me in a slightly nicer starting system and there's less chance of Frontier banning me for having a ridiculous amount of credits.. Also @Sunnyknight, a bunch of stations wouldn't pay me for the bounties but only one station would.. so it might not necessarily be a bug. @ZeroHour was online all night!

I've got bounties fine and not had any problems, that being said I have noticed there are still a load of bugs.

Read this yesterday and tried out a nice green theme to go with my Razer set up, I remember asking for the ability to do this back in Beta 1! Source To change HUD colour, first you'll need to find a file called GraphicsConfiguration.xml. It should be in the EDLaunch root directory, in the folder "Products\FORC-FDEV-D-1000". Once found, open the file in a text editor like Notepad++. You're looking for the following section: Standard 1, 0, 0 0, 1, 0 0, 0, 1 One more thing. We're editing a file the game uses to do stuff, so it's always a good idea to save an unaltered back up copy before you make any changes. Once you've done that, though, it's time to go to town. By editing the values of MatrixRed, MatrixGreen and MatrixBlue, you'll change the HUD's colour. But which numbers to use? Anything between 0 and 1 is fine—0.5, for example, or 0.27. Go wild, and try things out. Or, use this tool, which lets you play with sliders to find the right look and then tells you the values to use. Can't be bothered with sliders? Reddit user Megazen has some suggested styles, and pictures to go along with them.

Taking revenge on the establishment, one quality street at a time.

Who/what is your 'proper inventory system'? we've been looking for strong labels everywhere!
-
That looks quite nice and clean, the fact it's open source makes me more inclined to take a look at it one day!
-
Sure, I'll PM you.

It's really all quite organised, it was the initial set up that threw me off of it. When you've got 1000~ odd devices site-wide and only 20% initially get inventoried, then the subsequent scans and credential processes etc forces everything to lock up for hours (no helpdesk, much to my pleasure but not to that of staff). Just wasn't worth it for me really when I could use formulae to fill out a spreadsheet.
-
Spiceworks network scans are a right pain if you have more than 100 devices.. I just use an Excel worksheet with a menu on the first tab, which links to the other pages. I.e Printers on one tab, Teacher Laptops on another, Switches on the other, etc. In those tabs contains the hostname, IP if necessary and any warranty info.

Looks like Gamma actually was the Release version lol, that's disappointing but oh well.
-
Can't download until I'm back at home unfortunately how big is the update? any new features?
-
Now I'm hungry..
-
I can understand them wanting to release on an anniversary day but I think they've rushed it to be honest.
-
Spending Christmas with the family, then a few days after I'll be treating myself to fancy food in a fancy hotel with my other half watching the new years celebrations in London for our anniversary!
-
Obligatory default card from a supplier, some shortbread and some celebrations. More than enough to keep me going for this last week..
-
I had a look at it but wasn't immediately interested, it's saved in the banks of my brain so I'll eventually check it out with my friends. Unrelated to table-top but I recently re-installed the old PC game Battle for Middle Earth: 2, what a great game!

Copious amounts of industrial strength moisturizer seems to do the job for me.
-
Aye, hipster it may be but I'd rather go to an independent tax-paying cafe than Starbucks or Costa - people also seem to forget that many of the cereals they'll be selling in there are US-imports (lucky charms etc) that cost quite a lot of money, even for a small box.
-
I just use whatever I find cheapest in Boots! no doubt I'll be getting some grooming items for Christmas.. I'm one of the unlucky people who has a patchy beard so it needs to be long to cover up the empty patches!

I sound quite cockney after a couple of drinks, before that I sound 'posh'
-
After all that, I thought I had full access! It was set to Read-Only thanks!
-
I have full permissions, but I am using 4.1 and not 4.2 (thanks @DevilsAdvocate) so maybe I just need to update to get it.
-
Huh.. I don't see that, maybe I have a different version or something.. @russdev help!
