Morning folks, So I'll try and keep this short and sweet. I recently signed myself up to a lease with Volkswagen. I had a problem with my car seat and so took it back to be fixed. I went back after work to pick it up where I saw two members of the public reading something on top of a counter while they were waiting to be served ( in the waiting area ). When they left I got bored and so decided to see what was so interested.... I was amazed to find it was my car sheet stating the following information; My name My address My car details My contact numbers My email address How ,I have my car lease is... I have logged a complaint with Volkswagen and I'm now waiting for them to get back to me. But from a legal point what do you think is appropriate? Bit of a loss on what to do..

Is there possibly a way to filter out all public groups? So any made from students don't show up but the ones I have do? Well apparently it is part of the syllabus now so for a while I imagine.

Morning all, I'm sure most people have there own Technical Wiki? To document IP address's and printer locations and server warranties ect. I'm just curios what people might use? I am looking to see if I can find a cloud based one. Just wondered what peoples thoughts are on this? Any recommendations? Matt

Well you in advertinatly made it so we can stop users from accessing the global address list and making changes in there. But when they go to the left hand side to make groups they just populate the global address list instantly. So all the staff can see them. WE just have one big list as we do want staff and students to be able to communicate together.

It was indeed. However now I have a problem. The students can make groups now as I want... However the groups are being added to the global address list... Which I dont want. Can I allow students to make groups but not be added to the global address list?

Maybe i'm getting confused and that is what the students are doing. Is there any way to stop students from being able to add anything to the global address book?

Happy Monday all, Just wondering if anyone has this problem. We are using Office 365 for staff and students. I am having trouble with the global address book. Students were making there own groups in Office 365. Some of the groups (As students do) were inappropriate. I have since deleted the groups and stopped students making groups by disabling groups using a powershell command I found for office 365. So far... Super (Exactly what i want) However a teacher has now come in saying that students need to make groups in email as part of a syllabus. So my question to you all. Can I enable groups but stop them from going into the global address book? Matthew

Well at the moment we are using light speed... However from what little the tech has told me about since I. Started its not exactly "non touch" when deploying apps to the iPads using the MDM (light speed) he still hasn't to then run up after the iPad and put the password in... In which case we may as well save money and just walk up there and do it ourselves... I want an MDM where I literally just type the name of the user. And tell it to deploy an app and boom off it goes... It's retry late and there's a pretty empty bottle of red in front of me so forgive me if this makes little sense.

Allot of comments on this already but personally ill never be using Ergo again. Empty promises and horrible service. Which is strange because we used them a year ago and they were fantastic. Seems something happened and they took a complete dive.

So nothing else anyone?
