Struggling to find the overlay xml file on the local drive of the PC...

Struggling to find the overlay. We run 64bit win10. Can't uninstall SmartInk as they use some of the functions such as highlighting on powerpoint presentations.

We are using 11.4 SMART software on Windows 10 and each time the SMART INK appears on login. Is there a way of disabling this in the registry? Can't seem to find anything anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it's bad drivers. When user logs in, and the printer isn't there, if they log off and back in, it would appear!

How do people add network printers for windows 10? In Windows 7 we used logon scripts which worked superbly. I tried the deployed method via GP, but it seemed to be a bit sporadic. Moved back to log on scripts, but that sometimes has issues. Any suggestions? Our print server is 2008r2. Could it be drivers? We mainly have HP, and use the universal driver.

I believe you have to use Windows Powershell to remove local printers such as 'Microsoft Print to PDF'.... I have tried this but am struggling. Does anyone use this and as a logon or power on script?

The 4.7 update does not support removal. Tried that already. Damn Microsoft!
