    I have done a search but only found vague answers. I know I need a TS gateway but I looking to know how much would a Quad core, 4GB backend remote desktop services server sessions support either: *Remote desktop session *A remote app of Sims I know you're going to say more RAM but I cant get any at moment so how many concurrent users with either of the above?

    Do prince2 foundation and practitioner (cant do foundation without pract, plus I found foundation hard!) and ITIL foundation for middle management ITIL expert and MSP is for upper management i.e. director

    I m trying to read back what I said! My grammar is quite poor I ment people who moved to vanilla from CC3 saying they regret it and want to move back and it means they didnt plan properly not sure why I said skills I just brain dump as you can see

    I m Prince2 Practitioner its really interesting use the PRINCE2 Training, PRINCE2 Courses, ITIL Training and MSP Training You really need to go on a course for it as its quite intensive

    Also before hardware RM licensing was 30k plus if I recall and if you look back at alot of my RM posts I stated that my prievous manager many times was alot better than I was and he was a RM guy, I prefer vanilla but never been draconic to RM.

    RM was fine when I used it but only thing I m going to say about people 'who regret it moving Vanilla' must have not got the skills. RM is easy as well as Vanilla if you plan it correctly. The advantages of Vanilla for me is licensing cost, choice and vaster help from all over, management is about the same.

    I would move cc3 to vanilla but cc4 must have cost the school a bomb in recent years? hasnt it improved?

    I dont mind about footprint if i can install it! Its software being more complicated than it needs to be and I dont just mean the installation

    I know just enough about programming from Uni but if they re usuing VS and .net its extremely easy to package! this software took ages to build and we found they were clueless to help

    If exchange 2007 onwards use exchange tools in exchange console. Or simply email both to your internal and to another external account like hotmail

    I would plan for each high school to host three primary schools close by with VDIs also you can licence Microsoft per groups of schools now but keep the high school as fat clients.

    There is alot legally to deal with but this already happens with BSF so can be done in practice (No BSF jokes!) The IT Director or whoever is at the top is the person fully responsible as I am from taking over our Internet from the council
