So telephone support yes or no?

Definetly, we use NRS and they seem to have someone who can answer most of the time. Its more so I can go tot he head and say someone is actually looking at it. If I were parent pay at the very least I would have an automatic email send back stating 'John Smith has assigned this - Job level: Urgent' though I wouldnt want a standard email saying 'we are looking at this'

Fog is great plus I use PING for the occasional one FOG cant do (similar to FOG but done from usb HDD)

you need to change smtp default also if you keep at something.local smtp setting most emails with go to spam

I know you dont have group policy but I use host files for students at moment (bug with filtering system but wont go into that!) I have a host file for students when they login with group policy that puts a student hosts file redirectign things like youtube to yahoo (kids get confused ) then a different hosts file for staff, for my type for network not the best but filtering be fixed in Summer.
