I work in an outstanding school, the teachers have been told over and over again not to use personal devices, but you might as well talk to a brick wall. We have "caught" them doing it. Its been the same in all the places I have worked. I was not aware it could change a rating, maybe if the heads knew (maybe they do), they would come down hard on staff. i.e. do it and your sacked. If they can?

I would not have this, I would be looking for another job at once. My work space is very important to me. Having worked in very small offices before, with four or five others, hated it. You can't move. I don't mind a cupboard, but I like to have an IT space just for us, I have worked in staff rooms before, but I would not work in the school office. That would be final, find someone else.

The emails are getting very good, but reply on mistakes by others. I had the other day, an email "from" a company I had just dealt with, I got an email from the person at the company that handles our account, it looked official, and asked me to open an attached invoice, I almost fell for it. About an hour later another email from the company, this time real, warning us not to open the last fake email, as one of their sales people had opened a dodgy email and this had forwarded a virus to everyone in their contact book.

RIP, another one gone.

As said above, I reckon its because the builders keep cutting the cables if they put them in before works are completed, its happened many a time with schools!!!!

Just the other week, I want to buy some Apple VPP credit, Apple person: How many iPads do you HAVE? 120 I reply. An hour later I get five emails from sellers offering me quotes for 120 iPads. Then you get the obvious, "What is your email, or what is my email."

Im surprised its so "cheap". I think the lower package is acceptable, but not the £75. I might take the plunge when I can. Still expect it to have bugs.

I was an Xbox man, getting the Xbox and the 360, but this time I am going with PS4. Xbox One for me just does not flow well in my mind.

Sun always shines on TV was the best for me. You can't beat the 80's and prior stuff, modern rubbish gets on my nerves. A few gems every now and then.

I would tend to agree. I have seen so many teachers passing students off and telling them to use iPads or laptops, its lazy learning.
