Apple can't put all these features in at once, otherwise you would have no reason to upgrade, there would be nothing new for them to showoff. MS on the other hand just gets on with it.

I have a 2012 macbook pro, I won't be upgrading until they offer a 1TB SSD for a acceptable price. It's cheaper to buy the 2012 model and fit an SSD, even if the specs are behind. But I will watch, they might have a surprise.

The new Macbook pro apparently offers a 2TB SSD. I would not be willing to spend that much on a Surface product, I have had countless issues with the things.

Would make a nice IT suite, but way too expensive. MS have made it too expensive.

I made that mistake also with the SE, BUT the photos take most of the space, the whole point of "optimised storage" I thought was to save space, but the photos app still takes over 50% even when only a low version is stored on the actual device.

Can't wait to get one, maybe the bank will have them.

The port is very old, I think most other brands will follow Apple. I want it, but I can understand why they got rid.

I have signed up to Facebook and Linkedin before, and been offered people I may know, and all I have put in is an email address. I don't use social media anymore, in fact I don't put anything online apart from some pictures in the cloud. The other people did not have my email address.

I always use Bitlocker now after TrueCrypt got nulled. As far as I know you can't encrypt two partitions on the same drive. You can pay a company to try and recover the data or repair the drive, but it will cost you. You should always get the data off as soon as you hear any dodgy sounds.

There was not really anything big. I thought the changes to message for example make iOS very cluttered.
