Then you need to change a1:b15 into $a$1:$b$15 before you drag-down. That'll give you: =vlookup(a3,$a$1:$b$15,0,false) =vlookup(a4,$a$1:$b$15,0,false) =vlookup(a5,$a$1:$b$15,0,false) so it's looking up a3, a4, a5, ... in the same table a1:b15 Otherwise when you copy down you'll get: =vlookup(a3,a1:b15,0,false) =vlookup(a4,a2:b16,0,false) =vlookup(a5,a3:b17,0,false) ie the table it's looking up is moving which you don't want.

Inventry is probably the market leader, but be aware they have a far better marketing team than they do a development team.

Can you explain more what the problem is? Could you anonymise data without scrubbing it out so we can understand the sheet better?

We reboot remotely all the time. The only interfaces labelled on any switches are the POE ones, so we can do exactly this!

We looked at this when we went wireless, but also needed some Gig ports and didn't have room for old switch + new POE panel in some cabs, so we went with POE Gig switches in the end.

Only problem we have is we've got two of them and the USB drivers for the printer and the embedded smartcard reader keep swapping - so printing a card on one printer fails cos it's trying to read the card in the other printer and wondering why it can't find the card it just printed on itself! If you just have one printer you won't have this problem.

Morning. I've bought 5 Unifi NanoHD APs to play with as a possible upgrade route for our Ruckus that is getting old. We want to use Radius so i've got Server 2012 R2 installed with NPS up and running. It all worked fine last week, with the builtin certificate, but obviously iOS doesn't trust the builtin certificate so prompts the user to trust it. I'm trying to get it working without any cert prompt. I've installed and generated our CA domain certificate and pushed that to the iPads via MDM, and I can see that appearing on the iPad. Because it's gone via MDM, it's already set to "Enable full trust for root certs" by default. I've then generated a cert from our CA for the UniFi NPS server and selected it within NPS > Network Policies > Constraints > Microsoft PEAP. When you connect an iPad to the UniFi SSID, it prompts for credentials correctly then prompts to trust the UniFi NPS Cert - but it is signed by our CA which the iPad already trusts. Should it not just trust the NPS cert?? If I trust the cert, the iPad is authorised and both UniFi and Smoothwall see the iPad with username so Radius itself is working - it's just the iPad is always prompting to trust a cert? Any guidance appreciated. (I've also tried our GoDaddy wildcard, with intermediate certs installed, and our GoDaddy 5UCC, and got a 90day free Comodo cert yesterday, all of which are throwing EAP errors - but I suspect that's because although NPS responds to Unifi.mydomain.com internally, the actual server name is unifi.internal.domain which can't be entered in a public cert) Peter

Sounds like DALI - i've just put it in at Church, but the main room switches just turn on/off. The control desk can dim/kill certain combinations for drama, theatre, projection of film modes. I'd love that opportunity!

We got a Ubiquiti router 1 month ago. 6 ports, 1 for LAN, 1 for Backup ADSL if you buy it, 1 for fibre outbound. Filtering is a separate but included product that can be turned off if preferred. Will Check Model Monday.

Discovered last week that a good number of ours have done this also. We do have the relevant licenses for it, so there's actually nothing wrong with them doing so - but they've dowloaded O365 for their desktops, laptops, mac's and friends - and then left the school at 18 with free copies of Office. I'm guessing IF we had sync setup, it would disable users when they leave school - but we don't.

We have an Avaya IP Office 500. What do you class that as in your poll options? It's Voice Over Ethernet with ISDN incoming line(s), not Voice Over IP, therefore isn't VOIP or PSTN?

Had this with Payroll and Outlook. There's two places to set whether you're using Outlook/MAPI/Other (eg Gmail). Something like File > Properties/Preferences plus also Report Designer > Tools > Email Setup?

We use Sage for Payroll, not for Finance. No problems with it, seems nice and 'just works'. Civica/Corero for finance. Again no problems with it, makes sense, web UI for staff to raise orders, desktop UI for finance.
