  1. Skwaaaaaats. Got a friend to film me so i could see my technique at heavier loads etc. https://www.instagram.com/p/BIDRmBajOVU/
  2. If that's the case, why is there the option to include them within a Student based report? I.e. Refine Data Area screen, select 'Accepted Pre-Admissions'. As they don't actually work, and Capita advise to just run an Application based report instead, surely it would be better if the option wasn't even there?
  3. Edited my post as i gave bad information!! Select delimited rather than Fixed length. Sorry about that.

    Pokémon: GO

Took a gym on my lunch and finally managed to evolve my Eevee; now the proud owner of a Vaporeon!
  5. I'm not sure actually. As far as i know, it's never really worked properly so i've always just done it by Application instead.
  6. If you don't need it to actually be published on the store etc, this might be worth a shout: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/ I've used it to create Android/IOS apps etc.
  7. Agreed, log a call. However, as a quick answer for you. Rather than creating a Student based report, create an Application based report (Admission - Application). Then under the Family/Home heading, their is a sub-report called Application Contacts. Lastly, i'd add a filter to this report based on Application Status (Registration - Application Status) and set the filter to show Accepted only.
  8. If you don't want to use VBA, you can instead use 'Text to Columns'. Highlight the column, click the Data tab, select Text to Columns, select DELIMITED and then hit finish. That will change the format of the dates into actual dates, which you can then format in any way you like.
  9. Honestly, no problem not. My girlfriend has a Sony Z5 compact. It's a great little phone and for day to day stuff, the performance difference between the Z5 and my S7 is negligible. However, the S7 is a tiny bit better in every aspect to the Z5 which, when using it for practically everything every day, adds up to a overall better experience which, to me at least, is worth the cost. Plus i like shiny things!
  10. S7 edge here. Screen - great! Bright, sharp, colourful etc Battery - Decent. Gets me a full day of use (listen to music for most of the day, checking emails etc). Plus wireless charging is great. UI - I use Nova Launcher so. Camera - Decent again. One of the better out there apparently. Build - Nice materials, far better than their previous stuff however, feels a little flimsy. My old Xperia Z2 felt way more solid. The only real benefit the Edge has over the normal S7 is battery life and prettiness. Good phone though, recommended!

    Pokémon: GO

Most people probably already aware, but it's new to me! You can spin the Pokeball and throw a curveball! Gets you extra XP and apparently, gives it a higher chance of staying shut. Press and hold, then spin around the ball before throwing.
  13. This shouldn't cause you any problems at all. When you change their status to 'Admitted' you aren't admitting them as of today, you're admitting them as of the 6th September (or whatever date you've set). They will come in on your roll in the Year Group you've set up within next years pastoral structure or pre admissions i.e. Year 7.
  14. I don't think we'll be seeing a bigger lift than that for a while. Benni looked ropey on his 465 and looked way off the 500. The only other that might get close is Brian Shaw, he's apparently pulled 480 or so in training but i still don't think he'll manage 500 anytime soon. Looking forward to WSM this year though. Laurence Shailai(SP?) is in great form (showed that by winning the euros beating Thor!), Eddie is strong as ever, Thor is always a threat, Shaw is almost unbeatable in some events and then there's Savickas. It's going to be the closest it's been in a while this year i reckon.
  15. He weren't far off! He was due to be competing in the Europe Strongest Man contest straight after this but had to drop out for obvious reasons. Fair play to him though. I don't think that record is going to be broken for a good while! Benni Magnusson was way off and he's generally regarding as the no. 2.
  16. Haha same! I'm doing way more steps than usual thanks to Pokemon. It's a great incentive to get out and about. On a different note, failed a squat for the first time in ages this morning Hit a single and thought i had a second one in me but i was wrong. Made a right racket! No harm done though, just have to make sure i hit it next time
  17. Wahey!
  18. I've never really had an issue with Silverstone, generally come away with some nice shots. Harder now as full frame but 300mm on a crop and you'll get plenty even at Silverstone. 19. That sounds interesting. Is it not really hard to keep it balanced? Interested but doubt i'd be able to do it, broke my left wrist few years back playing rugby so now don't have full mobility (was a good break though, pics available on request! lol) Onwards and upwards dude! Glad to hear you've come back from it. The next ones all yours!
  20. It's all gone quiet over here! How's everyone getting on?
  21. I'm pretty sure it's HTML5. I'd imagine information will start to trickle out towards the beginning of next year.
  22. Program of Study I believe.
  23. Awesome that you managed to strip the weight and keep it off! What worked for you though, might not work for others. It's really not fair to label it 'stupid' etc. Slimming World/Weight Watchers etc works for a lot of people, i have several friends that have lost weight (and kept it off) using the 'Syns' system. I don't necessarily agree with it entirely (that's a different conversation) but it works for a lot of people as it forces people to think about what they're eating and portion sizes etc. Plus there is the Social aspect etc. Anyway my point being, labelling the dieting system alot of people on here are using as 'Stupid' and implying that it simply won't work, isn't really helping anyone.
  24. Smorgasbord is one of my fav words that i try to get into conversations as often as i can.
  25. I reckon it's just long focal length and/or wide aperture. While the DOF looks curved, i don't think it is, it's just the curvature of the lavender. The actual distance of the in-focus lavender on the left hand side, is the same distance from the camera as the in-focus lavender on the right hand side.
