I do indeed. It's a Yongnuo Yn360 For the money, it's actually a really nice piece of kit. It's relatively light and super bright, blindingly bright! You can use 5500k light or 3500k light (less white more yellow) or a mixture of the two. And you have Red, Blue or Green or a combination of all three (if you've got an iphone you can use an app with a colour swatch which makes it dead easy to create pretty much any colour you like). You do have to buy the batteries separately but they're not too pricey, i got two with a charger for £17. When i first started using it i was getting loads of light spilling onto my feet etc so i made a 'barn door' style light shield out of black cardboard which does the job nicely.

Another user suggestion on Capita advises to use System Manager 6 instead of 7. You should be able to add newly created Employees into the User Group.

I don't know a huge amount but I spotted this apparent work around on the Capita MyAccount site: There is a work around IF they have not already been added as an Employee. Add them first into System Manager, this will save them as a User. Then add a new Employee and pick up the record from System Manager.

Well that's going to get some complaints! The original one was the most complained about Advert of the year with 1513 complaints (source)

Sausage Party It's hilarious. Genuinely a very funny film with surprising religious/political overtones. It's full of foul language, stereotypes, sex jokes etc and i loved it. If you're religious, it's probably not for you as the entire premise is pretty much taking a jab at religion. Also, to my surprise the trailers actually gave very little away.

I don't know the book but i've just read a quick synopsis and it sounds about right!! I tell you what though, it was spooky as anything.

I went over to the Isle of Wight last week and managed to go out with the camera once or twice Really like this one. It was about 11pm and was pretty remote so very dark. Used a long exposure and lit the boat with a torch i had handy. Was still a bit underexposed (even with 30 second shutter) so had to pull a fair amount of detail in post (hence the almost HDR look). I think it was about 7pm, the sun was just doing behind the hills etc. Used a ND1000 filter (10 stop filter) to get a 30 second exposure. Here we go, here's a tiny snip of those band shots i did over the weekend I'm quiet pleased with them and the band seemed to like them. Admittedly, it was the easiest conditions imaginable. Loads of light, plenty of room in front of the stage (managed to talk my way into the media pit which was ace!) etc etc. All shot on my Sony A7 with 70-200mm F4. Good album that! Some interesting compositions etc, you've a good eye for creating 'something out of nothing'.

I've been busy with the Camera again this weekend Went out taking some more Car pics. Both are long exposure shots (30 seconds) and light painted with a big torch. This is actually a composite. It was alot of fun! I did however take waaaay too many shots so it's taking an age to go through them all but i post a few goodies when they're done.

I'd definitely be looking at either a good compact or a good bridge camera. Good points well made but especially the bit in bold. Do you want to just take snaps at family events etc? Or do you want to start photography as a hobby? That will have a huge impact on the type of camera you'll want etc.

Yeah same. Shutter priority works best for me unless it's a really clear day in which case I know my exposure isn't likely to change much so I go full manual. Another tip is to use autofocus to get the position on the track you wish to take the picture, and then pop it into manual. Then you know that that area will be in focus. Just be sure not to knock your focus ring!! Look good, especially for a first attempt Seems like you've got the knack. If you were to lower your shutter speed a bit you could capture a bit more movement in the foreground/background. Pop your camera on 'S' mode and then set it to somewhere between 1/100th - 1/200th of a second. The longer the shutter, the harder it is to get a good picture BUT the better panning/movement effect. Yeah full frame, i use a Sony A7 and mostly use old Canon FD Prime lenses (28mm, 50mm and 135mm) although i recently picked up the Sony 70-200mm F4 OGG (and it's utterly delicious!).

Thank you. Fair point too. I've used Wix.com to make the website due to ease of use etc so i'm reliant on their technologies at the minute. I do agree with you, but I think most 'average' users will just let it run etc. Thanks mate. I might make the galleries a little smaller so it's more obvious to scroll down etc. Yeah there is plans to do a bio of some sort, not too sure where to put it though. Might just do a tag line somewhere etc.
