Pebble Time - Colour e-paper smartwatch with up to 7 days of battery
MrMat replied to Arthur's topic in General Chat
I've got an original Pebble (on my wrist as we speak!) and i love it so I'm very tempted in this little beasty! -
I've no idea re: the originals so quite interested in this. Looks like it could be good fun.

Unofficial app brings PS4 Remote Play to unsupported Android devices
MrMat replied to haldarulon's topic in Gaming
Unfortunately it's not great on the Sony Z2 even on local wifi so i can't imagine this will be great either. Unlike using the Remote Play feature of the Vita, the lag is noticeable which makes most games a frustrating experience. -
[news] Solihull charity shop's adult toys shock
MrMat replied to unixman_again's topic in Jokes/Interweb Things
So that's where all my adult toys went!! -
Why not try getting up earlier and having a run before work when you're still full of motivational goodness? Might leave you feeling fresh and ready for the day ahead too

Backday done! Hands are sore now Also, those that deadlift may find this handy (see what i did?!): Liquid Chalk UK | Bodybuilding, Gymnastics & Climbing | BULK POWDERSâ„¢ I use it most days and it's helped improve my grip strength no end. Providing you let it dry before touching anything, it doesnt make a mess either.

Hi and welcome! It should be located here: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\tempSimsRpt
-
If that doesn't work, manually browse to C:Program Files\SIMS\ on the local machine and give the user(s) full modify permissions to the SIMS .net folder (there isn't anything within this folder that cant be easily fixed with the SIMSApplicationsetup.exe if the user does start messing etc).
-
What he said ^!
-
Definitely some sort of permissions issue. Sounds as though the user doesn't have access to modify the connect.ini file which i presume is on their C drive?

Yeahhh! They're never a bad start as long as you know what you're doing. Just keep the weight relatively light and learn the movement, especially if you fancy squats, deadlifts etc, and take it from there. If you're not 100% sure though, start on the resistance machines to get a feel for the movements and the muscles used etc before moving onto the free weights.

Not bad at all, especially considering the injuries. 17 bodyweight pullups at 94kg is especially impressive! Nicely done. I'm about the same weight at the minute, around the 95kg mark but I'm a shortarse at 5'10". I managed 140kg squat for 2 on Saturday so going for 150kg for 1 this week which would be a PB for me . I've managed 140 in the past but never breached that before. Bench is a bit naff at the minute and havent tried a single in a while. My last heavy chest day comprised of 4 sets of 3 at 95kg. Ideally I want 10 at bodyweight which is a loooong way off at the minute. Deadlift max is 170kg but it's not a pretty lift. Can usually stay pretty tight/clean at 160 but gets messy above that. Bodyweight pullups - I've no idea! I'd imagine not many at all, 5 if i'm lucky. I neglected my lats for quite while so working hard to bring them on par at the minute.

Personal phone - Sony Xperia Z2 (edit: forgot to mention, £40 ish for unlimited texts, phonecalls and 2gb data inc insurance on EE) Work phone - Samsung Galaxy S5 As a note, the Sony is leaps and bounds above the S5 in almost every single way. The screen, battery, camera, build quality etc are all superior.

And they are lovely! Admittedly only spent a small amount of time with one but i was impressed.

Most importantly, what version of SIMS are you on? and have you installed the latest fileset? 2020Q kept appearing for all our schools even though all their data looked fine. Turns out it was an error. Importing the latest fileset sorted them all out. [h=2]Fileset 187[/h]Query 2020Q: Please check: pupil year group and age inconsistentThis used to trigger for leavers in certain situation which was incorrect as year group (YTI) is not included in the Census for leavers. This should now correctly exclude leavers. In regards to 2502Q, this is generally fine providing you justify it (add a note on COLLECT where required). If it's actually correct i.e. you did have a Main Registered Pupil on roll at your school who spent 100% of his time at his Dual Reg school (zero sessions at your school), then that's fine. Hope that helps.

Nothing here in Brum either but the clouds are looking a little grim! Fingers officially crossed.

This is how i would do it. Save a copy of your ReportData.xls to desktop etc. Open it up and open the Auto_open Macro. Scroll to the very bottom and create a new macro; Sub Lookups or whatever. Then scroll back up to the FixAddressColumn Function and call your new macro from there. That should do the trick!
-
Where about in your Auto_Open macro have you entered your code? Most of the Auto_open macro actually runs against the ReportData spreadsheet which is closed at the end of the routine. Most probably you're adding a new worksheet to the wrong spreadsheet.

Isn't this simply set up within the Pastoral Structure? Make sure you staff are correctly assigned as Registration Tutors to their classes within the Pastoral Structure.

Thank you for the reply Nick however I'm still a little confused. Your comment seems to be in contradiction with what everyone else is saying? I was under the assumption that the release has been pulled? Can you please confirm that this is NOT the case and the release is still available to deploy? Many thanks, Alex
-
Hi Phil, Are you able to confirm that the update has indeed been pulled? We haven't received an email and there is no mention of this on Supportnet. We are still able to authorise the release to Schools so will this simply fail once they try to deploy? Some clarification is required i think. Cheers, Alex

Yeah it's time consuming! But if you do it in big batches it's not too bad. Last night i cooked a hooooge sweet potato Cottage Pie, and a massive batch of homemade meaty stodge (mince meat, sausage meat, broccoli, cauli, carrot, baked beans, and rice in a casserole style sauce) which i'm currently chowing down on as speak! When i get home I'll cook tea and make enough for three rather than two, we'll have tea and the third portion will come to work with me tomorrow along with a portion of Pie or Stodge (I'm quite fortunate that work don't mind me having two meals throughout the day!). Combine that with a decent breakfast and two protein shakes and snacks through the day and that covers my 5 meals
