Alot of modern cars these days don't have them as standard. It really doesn't bother me to be honest. If i have a blow out at speed then the last thing on my mind will be my spare wheel, and if only get a little puncture then the filler should be enough to get me where i need to go or somewhere to get it sorted. In my 6 -7 years of driving I've never had a puncture so long may that continue!

Yup we have the same issue but only with a few users at a couple of schools. A quick reinstall of SIMS using SIMSApplicationSetup.exe does the trick. I may be stating the obvious here but did you guys know you can run SIMSApplicationSetup and install using UNC path? i.e. just run the exe and when prompted, change the SIMS Local Destination Folder to "\\computer123\c$\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net". Saves you getting up, going to the machine, getting user to log off etc

You will need to run the NovaSatelliteSetup.exe on the local machine I believe. Are you using SOLUS3 by any chance?

Just thought I'd throw in a curveball and recommend the Sony Xperia z2! I've had mine now for about 2 months (ish) and it's a bloomin fantastic phone. It's well built, has a lovely screen, it's fast, decent battery life and has very little bloatware (compared to Samsung at least). It's certainly worth considering

I assume you're using SIMS? If so, as far as I'm aware, that isn't a way of bulk updating staff records. I think it's going to be a nice, exciting data input jobby. Unless of course someone much smarter than I can advise otherwise

Hmm still seems rather high to me personally. As I said even a gain of 10lbs in a week is insane, especially following a week of over a stone weight loss. It doesnt really add up BUT who am I to argue Either way, awesome work dude.

In the nicest possible way and i don't wish to be rude, I dont think that's right. 17.6lbs in a week, that's over 1 kilo per day! General consensus is caloric deficit of 500 calories per day equates to a 1-2 lb per week generally but at a stretch 5 lb wouldn't be un-achievable (give or take depending on how high/low your BMI is to begin with). Again a 10lb weight gain in a single week would be insane. I think your first weigh-in must have been waaayyyy off which is causing the skewy results. I think most likely you've lost 8lbs over the two weeks (17.9 - 9.6). I don't wish to disparage as 8lb over 2 weeks is truly fantastic going, it really is so well done buddy

That's over complicating it a little bit, just copy the connect.ini file from a working computer and paste it into the SIMS.net folder

For the Agents, 3.7.147 and 149 are essentially the same thing. 149 was the re-release they issued when they spotted a bug. There was a post on the Supportnet homepage which gave further details. In a nutshell, all your agents that were in your DE when you deployed 3.7 will be on 147 while any new machines that you add, will use 149. Edit: Oh and no it doesn't make a difference

Scheduled Summer V2 to install to a total of 14 schools, which equates to 304 client machines, over the weekend. Came in this morning expecting the usual barrage of calls but to my surprise (and delight) so far I've had 1 call. 1 call!! Of the 304 clients, only 3 failed. So far, very pleased with Solus 3.7!

That should work but if it's not then the Auto Detect isn't doing what it's meant to by the sounds of things. Try this: Environment >> Targets >> Clients >> Add >> (Make sure SIMS is ticked, not SD) Choose Clients >> Select OU in AD and click 'Select' >> Find the machine on the list, use column filters if required OR if you know the full machine name/IP address enter it manually into the boxes at the bottom >> Selected workstations will move to right side of the screen >> OK >> Enter username and password etc Job done!
