It does indeed; a new client and new web portal for management.

Definitely not an AI bot We've used v1 for quite a few years and have been very impressed with the differences. Not all modules from v1 are yet in v2 and there may well be some that aren't included but we use pretty much all aspects of it from the technical side, classroom management and safeguarding. It's definitely worth giving it a go.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. We're not sponsored by Senso but are early adopters with over 25,000 clients. v2 is a complete ground up rewrite and we would recommend that everyone tries it. Broadcast has been completely rewritten and is so much faster as are the other modules.

Ditto, did exactly that over the summer here with no issues. We were already running the latest version of PaperCut so I suspect that helped things a little although our database is on a separate SQL server which was also upgraded afterwards.

Another +1 for Senso.cloud. We use it on roughly 11,000 devices across all of the schools we support and it's been fantastic. Safeguarding, classroom management and a whole host of tools for network management too (remote scripts, software install, software/update checks etc). -

Hopefully it's okay to bump this :-) Still looking for people to join the team, experience of working in a school is beneficial but happy to welcome people without. -

Had a few enquiries so far but still time to apply :-) -
I've found that if iOS has been updated using the device itself then it tends to not connect and will need to be setup again. Also, we had to migrate to Apple Configurator 2 before iOS9 would start connecting to computers again.

Been having the same issue myself recently and suspected a certificate just couldn't find where it was! Will try this out this evening. Thanks!

If you feel you have the knowledge, some experience of what is required and think you're up for the challenge then it's always worth the giving it a shot.

Unfortunately our LA seems to be a keen believer that SIMS is holy and should be feared amongst us mere mortals. I shall try Capita but being self employed they may be a little hesitant to help me out, we shall see -

Is there any chance I could trouble you for that please? Trying to get a setup done to do some Windows 7 testing in a seperate environment but all I keep getting is a message saying "Package Missing" for everything even though they are there in the setups folder I have copied from a working machine....
