Keeping it brief. Yes, I'm afraid of spiders (my one weakness in life ). How the hell do you keep them out of your house, short of levitating it 100ft into the air? They're not frequent, but they're big. I'm even tempted of going to the extreme of using spider bombs, sprays and double sided tape every week. Help.

Nooooooooooooo. Don't upgrade a sidewinder. Just work up to an eagle then begin upgrading. Sidewinders get piddled on all day long. Eagles are still one of the most dangerous ships about, primarily because of their maneuverability.

To outfit a overpowered equipped fighting machine... have about 20+ mil credits ready..... so i have been reading. Anything below... about 1 mil cr will be fine.

I made my way to zaonce... and did the rare trade route. Good money... took 1 hour to do though if not more.... its a frigging pain in the ASS. About 20 jumps both ways with fuel scoop is time consuming. I may fit out my lakon 6 with a a5 fsd to increase laden jump to 18ly. However... i have enough money to rebuy my viper... though im very hesitant. Do i go down the BH path... or do i make 1.6mil cr per hour... tune in into the next episode.... of sunny-ball-z. So, which Path have you chosen in E.D? Trader? Bounty hunter? PVPer? First two? All three? Currently, i don't know what the heck i want to do, how about yourselves? I'm making about 158k per round trip ever 10 mins from trading, but it's boring. Then again, when i look for problematic systems (anarchy), i can't find many npcs or any distress signals for killing opposition in fed battles?? I also for some reason, struggle to kill Elite Anacondas in an overpowered (from what i've been reading) viper... So i'm unsure of what i'm doing wrong? Kite shields from 2.5km, focus PP or Drive, but they don't seem to die!? Kinda stumped on the game now, as to where i can go, or what i can do, other than fly between 2 systems trading? How'd you all feel at the mo, and your responses to the above questions?

It's good, but i would say to get an eagle or run towards a viper. Then go to 'nav beacons' or 'resource extraction sites' or just general 'unidentified sources' to kill WANTED personnel. Be sure to get a kill warrant scanner. P.s. It's a quicker way to earn money when you start out (x1 beam laser and then x2 multicannon normal / gimballed however you wish (gimballed auto tracks the target). Always head for a anarchy system if you do this, it'll be easier to find WANTED NPC / players.

Yeah i gave up mining. If you want to make super duper money fast... buy a viper... kit it out with... Cannon x2 Beam laser x2 Kill warrant scanner Military grade alloys B2 power plant ( or a2? I forgot which i had) D3 thrusters B3 fsd A2 life support A2 power distribution 6km sensots 2bar fuel Fuel scoop b3 Basic discovery scanner Shield cells b1? You may want to think about x2 missile racks instead for anaconda missions. Edit. Im now runninh a 60t cobra netting about 40k profit per 10 mins from interstellar trading. 1.1k per ton profit.

Again arises the question. Do you people ever complete the games you play (EXCEPTION are BUNDLES). E.g. you could buy about 20 non bundled games this sale. Would you ever get round to playing 15 16 17 18 19 20???? Would they take a back seat if better games came out?? ie mmos? Thinking of getting one of these but the 415+ version as it has better read and write speeds for a media storage box / cctv box. Have about 12tb for vids etc etc streaming to tvs, and then the other for the cctv system. +thanks

Sorry for the late one JosOLos (i remembered! I used to call you that before!) If you manually configured your joystick, then no. However, if you used someones from the web, then just type in the name of E.D and your joystick name. It'll then bring up a list of pages for configs provided by other users. Most of the time, they update them. Mine was updated from Beta to Gamma and there were a few decent changes. If that doesn't help, 'noob cant fly, go uninstall' xD

Typed on phone. Lol Reset / double check your joystick config and is up to date with at least gamma version. Lol

Entered, killed 8 pirates. Went to receive reward of 9.8k, 13k, and 14k.... in dock, contacts, local security office, receive reward, received. Looked at balance, nothing. Missions gone. P....off does not cut it.

Not that i care, or like this game (whistles away whilst loading up E.D )(Yes my tune changed after seeing some bug fixes and smoothness in gamma.... and mainly cause Zerohour spotted me online... DOH), but...... I think it'll be manic at the start. I can imagine people sitting in freagles or vipers with G.Multicannons just waiting to interdict Haulers and what not.... (whistles away while he preps his plans to do just that)...... See what happens.....

I've played every LOTR game except for the one in the title? :s Middle Earth 1 and 2 was a beast, and now it's got me thinking about installing it again Ah..... how EA area so clever in developing battalions of 5 mirkwoods that can kill Sauron in under 10 seconds..... :/ (Gimlis jump is insane.) Glitched heros eventually killed off online on that game
