I couldn't understand that one for the life of me. I was THIS close to throwing my screen out the window. The servers keep crashing on me, which is cheeeeeeesing me off. Evidently... what i thought was a pirate.... turned out to be a authority mining vessel. Don't shoot it, or destroy it. They've got harsh backup. Need a bigger ship! How do you change your ingame name? Need to knowwwwww

Ive started along the way of killing pirates. Earn me a nice 6k per finding. Once i have around 90k... (half a day or so) ill buy a decent fighter / frigate and move deeper into trade. I for one don't like the fact that if your ship is destroyed.... its gone. As in... gone gone.... lol Overall... ive got to grips with the controls... except for the yaw and roll.... confuses the hell out of me...

Oh right...... Now that i know the basics (wish they had something similar on the site or forums!), i'll explore to my hearts content. Merci @Dos_Box and @ZeroHour EDIT:- Game is very buggy at the moment for me... taking off from various docks causes the game to crash, killing pirates returns no rewards.... The trading game is a chore!

Can i just ask... what exactly are we supposed to do in this game? Randomly started off somewhere... no idea where the chuff to go or what to start doing.... I mean... brooming hell.... eve online is mind boggling.... this is just.... *throws hands in air*

As much as i would say, buy a gfx once that will last you 3 - 5 years.... with great pain, i have to agree with dave. Push £50 - 100 more... and you're looking at 780tis or R9 290? Ebay job.

As the title says... im selling the above. You can purchase a new one for £80. Im selling this for £55 unused but with minor few scratches on the side after trying to fit it. i bought it 2 days ago, however it doesnt fit in my case and i cant return it unless i return everything else i ordered with it. Minor difference compared to the 780ti. Don't think i'll upgrade. That Radeon is insane, but for that price too, i'd just tri sli lol. Nice bit of kit from Nvidia, but no need to bring it out in my opinion. They still rein kings with the Titan Z

I haven't a clue. I didn't touch any of the pins upon the first seating of the CPU... and i'm shocked it was working too! I was holding my hearts in my hands ready to crush it had it not booted. I won't be touching it ever again, but i may need to keep some money aside to order another if this goes kaput. Blasphemy indeed! Have at 'em Gara! Go on lad! Left, and a right, and another left! It really is emotional, it's like you have to do a cremation of the whole thing when throwing it out. I had to use the thinnest flat screwdriver to put them right. A very sturdy hand too. Hopefully it stays that way! I COULD! But then @mac_shinobi would moan about me spending £35000 on a pc. My PC was hitting temps of 85 degrees. Opened it up suspecting a issue with thermal paste. Minor niggle. Nothing too hard to resolve. Est time, 30 mins. Remove cpu fan and heatsink, seemed a lil loose. Ok no problem, that will be tightened to the max. Remove cpu. No issue with that. Looks fine on both sides. Look at motherboard - cpu holder, ..., 4 PINS BENT! Not 1, not 2, not even 3! But 4! At this point, my heart sunk, my boxers were a mess, and a piece of rope was waiting for me in my bedroom attached to the ceiling. BUT! I'm alive. Not only alive, but after 1 hour, of careful, CAREFUL tweeking, and patience, i put the pins right, and it's working fine, with temps at 45 degrees. I'm still in shock. My baby nearly left me. It was a near Romeo and Juliet moment, i was holding onto my PC as it was coughing and spluttering code. Like Mario failing to save Princess Peach and just watching her slowly die in front of him... BUT! It's working. It's working.... (cries) OHHHH IT'S WORKING!!!!! BUT! On the other hand, any advice on who / which company (not asus as its void warranty over 80 deg) could repair the pins to a high standard? I.e. to prevent it happening again? Anyone got companies with high recommendations? How much approx am i looking to pay? Any ideas? Just thought i'd share this traumatic moment!

Well i dont want yer 2p!!! Lol In all honesty, i just love tech as @mrbios said. Nothing more or less. Actually... you cost me. You forgot about delivery. SO THERE! Oh right. Never saw a statement of such on any amd forums stating this. Ill dig about and see what happens. Would be interesting to see how / if their architecture improves.

Oh. Phew. Relief. lol. I'd still pay the extra £10 or £20 to buy from OCUK. They give haribo... lol Yeah 5960X is insane, it's similar to when the 3930k was released, or the 4970k? (i think). Hopefully drop in price within 6 months, if AMD throw out another CPU that may / may not challenge it. If anyone is thinking of building a X99 rig, upwards of £3000 for a 5 year safety net.

This is coming from the guy, who hated on me having a £2800 rig. YOU JUST PAID NEAR £800 FOR A CPU! The nerve! On the other end, i'm jealous. I think i'll have to upgrade from 6 core to 8 core very soon, and my mobo, and ram... holy hell why don't i just build another rig. Can't have mac beating me on rig owners! DAMN YOU MAC! DAMN YOU!
