Nothing to it mate. You could do it with a normal saw (but believe me, that increases the chances of damaging other things even more!), but i wouldn't go about it that way, plasterboard knife is safer. If you want, use a old chisel and hammer. Crack the joins first, then slowly move outwards. Imagine cutting a shape out of a piece of paper, that's all your doing. It will take you about 20 - 30 mins to get the 50/50 cm area knocked out correctly, and if you don't find it the issue then, i'd be worried. I can remember when my uncle left his like you have.... one day it poured with rain, badly. Went to crack it open the next day, you don't want to know how bad the smell was, and the damage caused. Also i read that a few builders have looked at it? Cowboys? If i was to work on it, i'd do the above, and then (if pipe related) replace a meter of copper pipe (which in turn would mean a full plasterboard or 2 replacement, messy, but worth it). Stress test and stress test again. Could it be a issue with water leaking from a bathroom? Bathtub? Sink? Shower? If there's a little gap between floor tiles that allows water through? Condensation? If it's weather related, that's a different story all together and i would seek a competent and reputable building repair specialist. Can't really help much with weather related issues.

The way the ship rotates without auto assist makes it unplayable for me. The marker for your speed btw. Plus... ive given up with that game for now. Doesnt seem THAT appealing. Fly. Shoot. Trade. Fly. Shoot. Trade. Fly..... you get the point. WTB mahusive pvp battles!

Auto assist does this for you. Keep the marker in the blue and let go.

Simply put, get a plasterboard knife, and cut a 50cm by 50 cm area around that corner. You'll have to replace the plasterboard anyway. Then get to work on finding where the leak is. The fact that you haven't as such done that, boggles the mind. It's the first thing i would do. Break it open, and take a look.

Says its primarily suitable for 22inch monitors, so i'd be wary of this. XFX's monitor stand is quite expensive, though when i've felt the build quality of it, it's.... it's out of this world. £299 though. Maybe something like this??? *sees topic* i7 5820k - Around about £250 retail. Can get it new from ebay for about £190. Asus P9X79 - Around £150 retail. Can get it new from ebay for about £100. Corsair Veng Pro Red 16gb @ 2133mhz - Around £150 retail. Can get it new from ebay for around £120. Now comes the biggest problem. The GFX. You've already spent, on the low end, around £410, high end, your over your budget by £50. A 970 sets you back another £280. Where you go from here, i'm unsure. If i'm to be honest, you could just replace your mobo as mentioned by FlyingHaggis and just buy a 780ti. That's just my 2 pence though, there is nothing wrong with your spec (bar the gfx of course). I leave you to your choice. If i was to be COMPLETELY honest, increase your budget, and i'll build you a machine which will last a good 3 years+ that you'll enjoy more than... 'happy time'. haha.

Looking at the Samsung 55 inch series 8. Not too shabby. The Bravia is very, very nice. I'll have to see how to compares in terms of functionality. Cheers for the input! You in need of money? It was just my 2 pence! Jeez i'll lower it to one pence if needed! If it's me, and im going to go for a high ssd storage, i'd go revo. £700, well, yeah i would. It's more than x2 / x3 faster than a general ssd. Sidenote... My wallet has vanished.... just bought a ps4 with 4 games for £339. (I'm now looking at another TV.... probably 40 inch for my bedroom) OHHHHH THE PAIN! xD

Personally... if you go 1yb for an ssd... go pcie. My 2 pence.
