    I don't work with WDS much as generally use MDT but can you import a different boot image into WDS? You want one based on WinPE 5 as that natively supports USB3

    I've never had issues joining to domain before sysprep. I put reference machines in a separate OU to ensure no GPO get applied

    Did you add the virtual switch when you added the role? If so remove the virtual switch, apply everything and add it again. Has happened a few time to me when adding through server manager

    I've used CloudMigrator365 (I think that's the name) to do this before. We told TA that their accounts wouldn't move to save on money and just moved teachers and above. Easy to use

    Have a look at LearnPads. Some people love em, some hate them but give you great control

    There was once a thing with Outlook 2013 that if you had the proxy server box ticked you had to ensure "bypass local addresses" box was unticked Have you tried that?

    They have changed their pricing but I believe now there is no bulk discounts. 72p per user per year is not expensive though.

    We're pretty close to it. We use IAMCloud to map network drives to our OneDrive and have moved all pupil and Shared Areas to Office 365

    Check the created XML file in the users home dir. Can't recall the name of the xml but I believe it get created under a Smart folder. Delete xml and try opening
