Hi All I’ve been pondering on this one for a while. Is there anyone out there actually backing there clustered server nodes up. Many say when researching this that it is not necessary as you just evict, rebuild, then add the node back to the cluster if a failure occurs on one of them. I sort of feel that getting a backup of the node would be good practice to speed up the recovery when needing to rebuild. What do others do in this situation? Do you use windows backup, the free Veeam agent, something else or nothing? Thanks for all input [emoji106]

Hi Just thought I would post this to see if anyone has been successful with this. I am trying to Synchronize the schools shared calendar with PARS Connect from Tasc software. There is a preference within PARS Connect to add the calendar by using the Exchange EWS service URL, optional Exchange EWS service public calendar name etc. Has anyone been successful in linking a calendar to Pars Connect that can offer any advice on how to get this working . Hi All, I've been pondering on this one for a while. I'm just trying to figure out if I am appropriately licensed or not. I have a virtual server with server 2012 r2 installed on it and using 2 x SQL 2014 standard core licences. The virtual server has 4 x processors allocated to it. My question is am I appropriately licensed to use SQL on the virtual server or not? Thanks for any input. :-)

Hi Garacesh Our actual school website is hosted by a third party and I presume the SSL certificate would have been created and set up on the host for that. Insight is installed on a server that is onsite in the school it is (so not hosted on the same server as the http://www.myschool.com server) recommended that an iis certificate is created and installed on the server insight is installed on. When creating the certificate signing request in the common name field I'm just questioning if I can just make something up that is similar to our school website name for example or should it be something specific. Hope I'm making sense. Cheers

When creating the csr for the certificate do you just make up the common name field with something appropriate like http://www.insight.schoolname.com? (I presume this is the url that the end user will see in there browser)? Thanks in advance 😀

Strava synchronises with any runs you put on Garmin, also you will love the segments and leaderboards on strava great for motivation if ya need it :-) (not to mention kudos and social aspect of it)
