We have 2 esxi host and we clone vm backups from 1 server to another every week and we have a nas that backs every thing up daily we do this incase of some kind of failure so when one dies we just boot the other up

It looks lsounds like you have it extended you need to change it to duplicate

Y dont u make a php script or access databace and just have rfid scanner to scan a barcode on the student id cards if they have them

We use 3CX and have nether looked back. it runs perfectly and not had a single problem with it we have it running on a VM and does everything we need it to do and more. the nice thing is that when we put people on hold it plays music and is much a nicer experience for the end user with this feature.
