Just to add, you need to consider about licensing limitation on WS 2012 Standard edition, because it can only give you 2 VOSEs. Virtualisation Licensing for WS2012 & WS2012 R2 | Aidan Finn, IT Pro -

I have had an issue with Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 Tiny when I tried to rebuild the machine from PXE boot even through I have added the correct NIC driver. So I had to manually use USB build disk. After successfully built, it kept going to back to PXE boot mode (on the first start). So, I did not have a good experience with the particular model. I would recommend Dell or HP.

Have you looked into Converged Networking for Hyper-V? You could team all 8 NICs and separating the team to have different vNICs purposes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ed7HThAvp7o

Have you "Clear Required PXE Deployments" by right click on All Unknown Computers Collections? -
You are probably run into software compatibility issue here, because you know that it worked with Windows 7, but not Windows 10. Cant you just upgrade your OS deployment environment as Ghost 7.5 is kind of 15 years old technology.

I usually look at Compare Canon Digital SLRs Price Comparison, Compare Prices And Save Now! for the latest prices on digital camera. My advice is, do not get standard kit lense that comes with the camera. Buy the camera body and then spend extra money on a better lense instead, you will get the best result on image quality, because camera these days are very powerful in themselves and have so many mega pixels that we do not really need. If you want to get a Canon EOS 1200D body, you might want to look at For low budget Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 If you have extra money Canon EF-S 17-55mm F2.8 Canon EF 17-40mm F4 I hope this help

Based on your age, have you considered a Foundation Degree, which has a work experience module on the second year. I did the course and I've found it very useful and I gained employment after a few months after a few interviews (I was 27 at the time). If you live near London, Birkbeck College offer a Foundation Degree in IT part time evening course. I think Level 1 or 2 will be too easy for you as you have done a lot PC/MAC stuff for 10 years.

I use Panduit stuff to terminate all of my data cables. It's very easy to work with and very fast to terminate than using a punch down tool. Copper Cabling and Connectivity Systems.

Help understanding Microsoft EES Licensing
supawat1 replied to tj2419's topic in Licensing Questions
You probably need something like this to cover desktop and server licensing 120 x Desktop Education License (about £34 / Licence) 4 x Core Infrastructure Server Suite Standard ( about £75 / Licence) -
I am guessing, may be you can try to restart RM Service Host Service
