I figure there will come a point when the network speed of these switches will be too slow compared to more modern kit. At which point people will replace them and the number of returns will drop.

I'm getting invalid username/password for three new users and I cant see what is wrong. I have gone thorough everything I did to create them and it all looks fine. Any suggestions of what to do will be most appreciated so long as it is not ring Capita (already done that and been waiting all day for them to call me back)

Relatively new to Windows 10. This is my second batch of Windows 10 machines, I didn't have this problem with the first. If I log on with an admin account and start Word 2016 the templates load however when I log on with a non-admin user they don't. I am convinced its a permissions thing but cant see where they are wrong.

As already pointed out any DVD can be ripped by DVD Shrink, so adding extra copy protection is pointless. They own the copyright on the original material so just make sure you put a Copyright no unauthorised duplication warning somewhere on the DVD and that will have to do.

It's a tool for extracting data out of SIMS. Groupcall Xporter is quite often used for this. The company that needs access to the data usually remotes in and sets up what is needed in the Xporter app. Some companies don't use Groupcall and have their own extractor. We switched to RM years ago. Much faster and cheaper than the LA option. Never had any problems it just works.

You can push a button on the Echo to turn off the microphone, the ring turns red when it is switched off. Make sure they disable voice purchases in the app Under settings you can see the history of what it has heard, you can delete the voice recordings here as well. Perhaps test it, then demo it to the person responsible for your GDPR compliance to see if they are happy for it to continue to be used.
